Publix Bartram are the best pharmacy hands down. All other pharmacy's have nothing hands down they are the best. I've been with them almost 7 years and they are friendly and always have my prescriptions on time. They work with you and try to get you the best price. Thanks to all the crew in the pharmacy at Bartram for always giving me a easy and pleasant experience when I need them. Thanks again guys and gals at publix Bartram

Cayleigh shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role and I have serious concern about her being responsible for patient care in any way. Was surprised to see an RX after her name on the receipt given how she blatantly ignored concerns expressed by a mother about a minor patient’s health. None of the other pharmacy employees stepped in to assist even though All of their their heads shot up from what they were doing when she raised her voice. Her doing so was unwarranted. I’d spoken 1 sentence and had not raised my voice. When I came back to pick up the prescription, she conducted herself like a child-not a medical professional who’s responsible for any part in the process of dispensing medication. I had valid concern, the prescription is imperative to my daughter’s ability to breathe… Cayleigh interrupting me every time I tried to speak showed how blasé she is about patients’ safety & health. There’s cause for concern for the safety of the patients she’s responsible for. Taking our pharmacy business elsewhere. Since her abhorrent behavior was acceptable to everyone else on staff in the pharmacy this afternoon, I’m sure they’re losing a lot more business. And those that leave will only be safer for it.

The 5 stars are not for the pharmacy itself but for Samantha. She is excellent in taking care of my prescriptions. She is great on her job and I feel like I have a great relationship with her where the others just treat me like a person taking my cash.

Was nervous about switching here because I have a lot of meds and the Publix on San Jose has always been good to me. However, I moved and this is now much closer. The staff here are super helpful and polite and everything is going great! Thanks so much for making my pharmacy experiences something I don't have to worry about! :)

New to the area means getting used to a new Publix, luckily the staff is friendly and helpful. Impeccably clean and good lighting, not sure how old this one is but it gives me a modern feel compared to some others in the area. They have 6 self Checkout stations for those who choose to do self checkout and ample lanes with cashiers. The bakery staff is super friendly and always accommodates my requests to purchase smaller amounts of baked goodies because how should I manage to eat an entire box of fresh cookies? They always open the box and provide half or the exact amount requested no fuss, no attitude.

The people at the pharmacy are very nice, however I just learned that I've paid them a couple thousand dollars for medication that my insurance doesn't want filled at Publix and that's why it wasn't being covered and not because of a deductible. It would have been nice for somebody to mention that had I gone to another chain or mail order they would have covered the cost of the medication. But that's okay right? As long as you make your money.

I have been getting prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for last few years and they have always been great. However, today I was picking up a prescription and was assisted by Guy, who seemed to be in a bad and unpleasant mood. I get it, it’s the holidays you may not want to be there. But as a person who also works in customer service, it is a good to keep it professional and friendly no matter what may be going on. I just arrived asked for my prescription and left…I didn’t not complain or ask you to do anything extra.

I really like Publix and I like how I feel their stores are always clean. The buy one get one deals are nice and I always check to see what's new with those. I am only giving them three stars for this location due to a recent incident there. Last week I was purchasing some yogurt and found three dated July 18. I brought them to the attention of someone near by. That person thanked me but gave me a stone face look and I thought that I saw that individual put them back in the case. Well, a week later and I'm picking up some more yogurts and I found two yogurts with the same dates that I had brought to their attention. I worked in the grocery industry at the beginning of my career and I had numerous occasions where finding something like this would cause me to check an entire section for expiration codes. This is either a case of laziness or neglect.

The staff here is very great as always with most Publix! Well the prices are generally higher it is nice to go somewhere The meat is fresh the sushi is amazing and I know they will always have everything that I need and if I can't find some thing they take me directly to it. I absolutely love that they added finally self check out makes it such a breeze when I only have a few things and don't want to stand in line. Although if the lines get super long they tend to open up another register but they can't help how many items are in someone's cart. So the self check out really makes it a breeze. I look forward to Covid being over for so many reasons but also so that my daughter can get her free cookies, they can do rain checks again, and also start doing the special orders for the items that I'd like to purchase from there, it is not their fault we got the coronavirus so I don't blame him at all personally it's just some thing that among many others miss. this is a great store to go to though I would say it's the best in the area
