Publix is great, the store deserves 5 stars if it were not for the pharmacy. Personnel there is incompetent to say the least. I even got Medicare on the phone with them and their representative gave up as suggested I go to another pharmacy, which for that prescription I had to do. Publix had the medication but could not get the billing right, charging full price for a covered medication that I then got across the street from CVS immediately and without a hassle. This has happened frequently with different medications. Makes me wonder if they even dispense the right stuff. Mentioned it to store management. They were aware of issues but apparently have no control over the pharmacy.

The black woman at th deli had no reason to be so rude to me, told me she didn't want to do her job for me but she was nice to other customers. Other employees flee from my presence. Why do these employees need to be rude to me. At least I got my products.

I go to this Publix often, at least twice a month and spend between $400 and $600 a month at that location. Today I ordered a special roast cut at the meat dept. The man was attentive, and pleasant. The cut was larger than I expected so he promptly reduced the cut in half, repackaged it and brought it back to me with a smile. Kindness goes a long way with today's high food prices...

I shop at this Publix almost weekly. The employees are always friendly as well as helpful. The store is clean and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh.

Do not eat the sushi!!!! I travel up and down the east coast and I always stop at different Publix on Wednesdays to get sushi. This stores Sushi was slimy. In the trash 🗑️ it went..
