This location's deli is severely lacking customer service. Every-time I go there no matter what day or time there is a line with 10-20 people. Any chicken is a wait besides rotisserie. While waiting in line today two women in front of me were asking how long the wait is for fried chicken and the woman behind the counter walked away and was clearly ignoring customers. I love Publix and I frequently buy groceries from this location but I can't even try to get anything from the deli without experiencing bad service and a long wait!

This Publix is easy for me to get to because it just takes one bus to get there. I put my bike on the bus and ride through the parking lot to a secluded bike rack beside the exit that has plenty of light shining on it so you can see well when you load your groceries n your bike, but you still have to watch your surroundings as you are doing it. They have a security officer on duty and a cop in the evening. As soon as you walk in you know you are in a quality grocery store. Usually, the associates meet your needs adequately and it is so refreshing to receive such kind attention from them. I pass by the deli section, and it is way to crowed but customers are kind and move aside as I pass through with my shopping cart that I have put my bike panniers in. I make it a point to get produce. The last time I shopped I noticed the yellow squash was soft and they did not have zucchini, but it was late, (about 7pm.) I always purchase Coconut yogurt and am pleased that it is so fresh. Then I go for the Ezekiel bread in the freezer section which I just can't seem to remember where it is but there is always a store associate or a customer that is willing to help me find it. My biggest concern is the treatment of the baggers when they load my groceries into my personal stuff instead of a shopping cart. Sometimes I bring my pet carrier and sometimes I bring in my bike paniers. One bagger seemed like he was ridiculing me because he said they usually have a baby in them. but maybe I was being too sensitive. Another time a bagger made exaggerated moves like he was trying to avoid touching my stuff as he continually looked behind him to the lead cashier and the security guard standing beside her. He has a laughing look on his face like he was making fun of me. I just chalked it up to immaturity of a younger person. The last time I shopped the cashier did not have a bagger. She willingly bagged my groceries in my bike paniers. She told me to put them on the counter so she could reach them. My checkout experience was better this time. I just wish the customer encounters at checkout was more pleasant and smooth flowing. When I was waiting in line to be checked out, one lady acted like she was going to ram my cart from the side, but I put my hand up to get her attention and it seemed likes she came to herself and stopped. I got out of that line and moved to another line. That was too uncomfortabel for me. I just wanted to get away from her.

The Deli (Meat Counter) is especially helpful in making sure I have all I want from the Boar's Head Meat and Cheese selection they offer. Every slice was carefully carried out by Publix employees/owners.

Easy to access, always busy but everyone is helpful and friendly and you can't beat their fresh bread, fruits and veg and their hot bar.

Customer service could be a bit nicer.Thanksgiving we had one poor woman handling all the cutting of the meat. Well the manager and her coworkers gave her no help even though several people were waiting clicking myself. I don't blame the woman I blame whoever did the scheduling and any other manager that couldn't bring over someone else with cross training during the business shopping day for supermarket of the year. Besides that nice store great selection

When you order the Thanksgiving dinner it's not even in a box, they threw it in my basket, a turkey and about 8 different containers of side orders, and when I went through self checkout the Woman who is there to make sure you don'tSteal anything actually wantedTo see myReceipt for the items that I paid for online a week ago. I didn't mind showing it to her but after I showed her that i had paid for it she wanted to see the email. So I had to scroll through my email and of course she was standing over me and I said, " I didn't Steal it"and she said "you said that I didn't" so I said very loudly so everyone could hearMe, you're accusing me of trying to steal something I've already paid for. Then she asked to see my debit card and I just ignored her.I called and reported her nasty customer service and the bottom line is everything should have been in a box orA bag with a receipt taped to it. It's going to be crazy in there for the next 2 days if she is working the self checkout. I bought a few other items that's why she questioned whether I was going to scan the turkey and other containersExtremely mad I called the store and reported her bad behavior but that is the last time I will ever walk in that nasty store again.HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I had a bad experience with Amelia and Elissa today 11/9/23. I was basically treated as if I was lying about signage on baby formula Amelia even went as far as whispering to another employee to go take a picture of the formula area where it indicated a maximum quantity amount. However it did not indicate a maximum amount in the area and no apology was given or option to go ahead and purchase the items.

Willie and Savonce were so friendly and efficient! Willie actually unloaded my cart for me, Savonce quickly scanned all my items and both were very engaging. I appreciate both of you for being kind humans and smiling! That is hard to come by these days so thank you again!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a pick-up order through instant cart. When I arrived at the store the parking spots for pick-up was extremely full. Mind you they only have 2 designated parking spots for pick-up orders. Usually if the parking spaces are taken I can park a space or 2 away from the actual parking space. On Friday I couldn't because the parking was just that full. I checked in for pick up called the store and spoke to someone and told them I had to park at the very end of the parking area;I even asked her if it would be better if I drove to the front of the store. She ensured me that it was okay and that they will find ne. As i sit and wait for my order my app alerts me that my order has been returned because they are unable to find my car. I'm like what!!! So I called back to the store said the same thing again and this time the lady said they are walking out now. I could see an employee walking out the store pushing a basket with groceries, not sure if they waa for me or night. They crossed the street turned around and went back into the store and my app alerted me again with the same alert. I called in the store again. This time a man who sounded like his pronoun is she answered the phone. He,him, her, she told me that I had to come inside and get my groceries because they don't have anyone that can bring them out. WHAT! I have been sitting here over 45mins at this point. I just had surgery on my foot so walking that long distance waa impossible. Then I walk with crutches so pushing a basket on crutches you get the point. I told him I would just wait and try again. Giving the fact that this was my children dinner and I live 45 mins from this publix it was no going then coming back. I waited another 30/45mins checked back into the app and within 1 min they sent the alert again about not being able to find my car. By this time I had moved my car one parking space over from the actual designated parking spot. I'm like no way, no one even came out here. I check in again alert comes right in. I did it another 2 maybe 3 times and then decided to call. They told me to pull up to the front of the store and someone will bring them out. Is this not the first thing I asked. I waited a little over 2 hours to get my order. I'm very disappointed on punkix I shop there so often. They even charge higher prices when you order online. I paid more for a loo g wait time and poor customer service.

We went with our neighborhood favorite store to do our wedding cake. We both was very happy with our choice. Not one complaint. We never have followed tradition, we took our top tier out of the box and enjoyed our wedding night getting full and content.

I have to say this is the nastiest dirtiest Publix I've ever been to.The men and women's bathroom were nasty, we purchased subs from the deli. There's no organization as to who's next in line. There were no tops for the soup bowls. There were no spoons for the super bowls. The area where the spoon straws and forks are was a complete disaster with items all over the counter. See attached photos.I've been going to a Publix in Florida all my life and have never been so disgusted.
