I love going to this Publix but chicken in deli doesn't taste same I have had bring chicken back so many time's employees in deli don't Filter flour with chicken. Please get someone that can fry chicken. I go to other Publix their tastes great. I've spoke to Porsche daily manager concerning this issue. 3 or 4 times I'm done buy chicken from this Publix. Deli manger said other's have Bout chicken back and she needs to get with the vendor but that doesn't make any sense because all publix store's getting it from same vendor why is chicken not taste same?Thank you

Another Messed Up Wedding Cake!
25 yrs ago I ordered a marbled cake & got a vanilla cake. I hate vanilla cake & couldn't even enjoy my own wedding cake. After that, they managed to mess up my daughter's 4th birthday Dora cake, but that was a long time ago and a different location. So, since my fiancé's family loves Publix cake, I should give them, this area a chance, right?
WRONG!
We got married the week of Christmas and I only requested simple eucalyptus leaves and some rosettes. We discussed the color off white. They didn't ask me any other questions. They actually forgot to ask the pick up time and had to call me. I was the nervous bride, I didn't know all the decorating questions they were supposed to ask me. I didn't mention any other colors and they didn't ask.
I picked up my cakes to find PURPLE flowers on all of them.
They weren't even apologetic, they were smug and argumentative.
Of all the colors you could think of for Christmas, purple is not it and they acted like I made a mistake.
NEVER AGAIN! WILL I ORDER A PUBLIX CAKE!

I visit this location often. I waited 35 mins for hot wings order. Not only did I wait on the phone for 10 min, but these wings have doubled in price. Now, an additional $2 for all flats!! Not only is this location prepared, food staff attitudes are horrible, but this is what Publix has evolved to!

Went there to get a 8' birthday cake for my 1 year old - was told you have to get 1/4 sheet cake in order to receive the free smash cake. Called another Publix and they told me that it is for any decorated size cake.

I just wish I could get 1 pound of ground meat. Not 1.3 pounds. It's impossible to find here. I'm not sure what recipes you guys make but mine call for 1 pound flat. I don't need an extra third of a pound. Like fine make it an option but every single pack in the case? It's expensive enough to buy ground beef these days without being forced to get more than you need or even should eat. But it's not enough to split the pack and freeze the extra unless I want a bunch of 0.3 pound packs of meat hanging around. I can get 1 pound at Walmart, winn dixie, whole foods, literally everywhere else but Publix. Annoying, not a pleasure.

Everytime i come in this store employees are always looking at me crazy. Then today lorddde royally pissed me off. I went to the deli i asked if they was closed bc he was packing the sub station up he said no then points at 3 little pieces of bread and says thats all the bread. So i asked if he could pull 2 loafs bc i was going to get 2 full sandwiches the answer was no. It gets better 😭…i tried to call my bf to see what else he wanted and my phone died. So i sat in the deli tried to charge my phone the plug didnt work so the shopping center security told me to use the plugs in between the doors. Already walking to the doors and the female security officer and one of the white managers with blonde hair was giving me dirty looks so i plugged my phone up and this security officer come over to me talking about they dont want you to use they power. Like girl. As if they dont tax us enough now we cant use they plugs lol how you want shopping to be a pleasure if i cant even charge my phone to use a card in my phone.yall done did it now. Lolololol

Although I've been going to this Publix for years, their deli (sub sandwich preparation specifically) has been facing some challenges. They like to mark subs ordered online as complete without completing them (perhaps so they don't get flagged as completed late). When you arrive, the sub tends to not be ready, and then you're told what they're "out of" or that it's going to be an additional wait for them to prep the meat for the sub. I've had this happen at least half a dozen times in the past few months. I know part of this may be them being understaffed, but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
