Had to stop at Publix deli for lunch yesterday. Very disappointed with the attitude n subtle rude mannerism of the deli manager. I believe his name tag stated Justin. I'm assuming they were short staffed and he had to help make sandwiches. I shop here weekly and often stop by the deli.. disappointing experience on this day.. It was obvious from the moment Justin asked who was next, he had some type of attitude. I had to speak up about the dried out chicken tender pieces, not the two whole tenders normally used for chicken tender wraps. The tender pieces clearly looked like they needed to be trashed and not be used. When rolling my wrap, I saw he was not doing it like I have seen it done many times before, I asked him was he was new and I asked in a nice way? He responded back, with attitude of course, letting me know he's been at Publix for 20 years and he was the manager. My wrap was poorly done and he knew it. I Hope this is seen by someone that can address this. Uncalled for. We all have bad days. Don't take it out on others. Publix management do better.

There prices are to high compared to Walmart. With the cost of food, your paying 1/3 more there. Shopping is not a pleasure, it's sticker shock.

The absolute worst Publix I've ever experienced. The morning customer service woman is incredibly rude, the store is poorly stocked, the produce usually not very fresh, the deli workers are not friendly at all, and the cashiers, especially the ones monitoring the self check out, are aggravated to be there. However, the bakery staff are very nice and helpful. Additionally, I used the pharmacy there today and the pharmacist is fabulous. It saddens me to say this, but even when I've complained to a youngish male assistant manager about prices not being as advertised, he was snarky to me.

got off work after a long day waited in line for 25+ mins as one worker worked through the line of 5 people meanwhile the other worker worked exclusively on mobile orders. this experience was totally unsatisfactory and unlike other publixs in the area

Best sandwiches, juice, fried chicken and fresh meat and produce and I love that they have vegetarian sushi since I’m allergic to shellfish.

This is my normal go to Publix but the deli staff was rude to my son and have poor customer service because of it I would rather drive to dame point Publix for services and shopping needs
