Find another place to shop and particularly for a pharmacy. This one is on a race to the bottom. Lost prescriptions, automated calls indicating that the prescription is ready when it is not even at the store, sullen attitude when questioning the pharmacist.
As far as shopping in general, a dairy product had had nothing but out of date product. Asking a customer rep resulted no help. They have lost their focus, again the pharmacy leads the downward spiral.

Nice people, clean store, they just need to repair their bike rack. That is why I took 1 star away. This area has lots of bicyclist and a secure place to lock your bike is important.

Never had a problem with pick up in the past today was ridiculous, said order was started at 3:09 (13 items) by 4:45 still mo text so my son went in and the order wasn't even started !!! Then the wrong items were added called the person I spoke to was very rude my son came home to wait still no text check website said it was ready!! But when my son got there no one ever came out to the car then they said they couldn't find the car what a fiasco!!! Not sure i will ever use this service again. To add the person on the phone acted like I was living to her!!! But let me add the sub was AMAZING!!!

I’m in Atlanta from Florida. The Publix here does not behave or resemble the Publix I am accustomed to. Atlanta Publix is no better than the average grocery store. Publix prices are higher, and many of us ignore that because of the service. I feel like I might as well go to Walmart. At least the prices are cheaper….

Bakery is selling “frozen” cakes shipped in to the store when you order expecting a fresh baked cake. Employee confirmed corporate office made change and they ship in frozen sheets, then assemble when someone orders a custom cake. We will never order a cake from Publix again until they change back. This, after the previous birthday cake we ordered a couple months ago never got made and we had to grab a premade cake.

Now $7 for a bowl of serve your own soup. The price of the soup alone has doubled since the last time I've received a raise.
