Publix has always been my all-time favorite store, but I will never visit this particular location again. I went in for a sub and ended up walking out 30 minutes later—there wasn’t even a long line! Just one person in front of me. The staff behind the counter had absolutely no sense of urgency or efficiency, and this isn’t coming from a place of impatience. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple sub with three toppings is absurd.
To make matters worse, I asked for regular white bread and ended up with something that tasted alarmingly sweet. I’ve had countless subs on white bread from Publix before, and this was nothing like what I’m used to. It was so gross I couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing the sub away after all that waiting. I’m not sure if they gave me the wrong bread or if they’ve changed the recipe, but either way, it was really disappointing.
The only saving grace was the checkout attendant, Laurin. She was extremely pleasant and provided great customer service at the register

I absolutely love Publix! All of the workers are so kind. They smile and have alot of patience for their customers. The way Publix smells is fresh and so clean. It's a different kind of air. They are always clean and kept very well. Great job Publix!

Instacart shopper here! But the little older lady that works the self checkout is my absolute favorite! She’s so sweet and I look forward to seeing her every time I shop an order! The store is always clean and pretty much well stocked. It’s Publix after all lol

Very bad experience in the deli department dealing with Nadia today. She didn’t change gloves between customers and was very rude when I asked her to. Wanted me to take meat that I didn’t want because she didn’t want to cut what I wanted or ask someone else to cut it if she didn’t know how. Raised her voice and refused to help me when I said I didn’t want what she offered.

This location one of the better but Popeyes in general has been disappointed since ce they dropped Cajun Rice and stopped brushing honey on biscuits

I ordered tray for 18 people they give me small tray I always order it from south side Publix and old st Augustine it have more subs than the one they give me
The one they give me it had 24 small pieces it not enough for 18 people I talked to the manager Kory he does not care I will never order from here again

I really like this Publix. I went in a day early to buy one of their specials. They gave it to me at the sale price. Also, their subs are of excellent quality.

A good Publix. Wouldn't expect this one to be as good as it is but this store is always clean and they actually rotate items.
