Bought meat that expires the 27th and it’s already browning. I’m convinced they’re bloodying bad meat and selling it as new. This is unacceptable. Never buying meat here again. Disgusting.

Love this store but they need work on the deli dept. Last two times I bought a box of mixed fried chicken to serve for dinner was horrible. Chicken was so over cooked the meat so tuff that we couldn't even eat it. Will not be getting this ever again at this location.

Worst run Deli in Florida. I ordered a sub through the website. Went in 20 minutes after the pick up time, no sub. Waited 20 minutes in line, no sub. Then was told I had to go to the back of the line which had 10 people in it. I left without my sub and will not be using publix anymore. I can't understand how a quick service sub counter can be run this poorly. This has been going on for at least a year which means someone in upper management doesn't know how to do their job. Unreal.

Every time I buy a cake in a case in the bakery it taste like it has been sitting there a very long time, it was old, stale and had to throw it away.....seems like they sit there until someone buys them....

This is the absolute worst Publix deli in the entire city of Jacksonville. They rarely ever have wings/ ready-made chicken items available. Always understaffed.

I recently pre-ordered a sub through the Publix app, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I got there, I discovered they prioritize serving in-store customers first. People were ordering and getting served in front of me while I waited for my order, which I had placed an hour ago. This caused me to wait an additional 30 minutes. This defeats the purpose of pre-ordering and is quite frustrating. Publix needs to improve their system to ensure online orders are ready on time as promised.
