My daughter and I visited Publix tonight. She loves getting a cookie from the bakery. The associate was busy assisting another customer so my daughter and I decided to start our shopping. We were in the frozen food section when Kiera from the bakery approached us with two cookies. She noticed us waiting and wanted to make sure my daughter received her cookie. My 10-year-old said Kiera has a sweet spirit. She also has amazing customer service. Thank you again Kiera for going above and beyond and for extraordinary customer service! Friday morning I took my 3 kids like always do to the public . They love when I take the little car cart. There age is one -year-old three-year-old and a 10-year-old. I never had such a bad experience like that day . The young lady who works in the front door with the carts she was mumbling something and saying something to me, but I was not paying attention because I had three kids with me then I’m like can I help you? She’s like your kids are going crazy. Whoa that was unexpected. I’m like what do you mean? Oh, they jumping they all over the place i’m like can you please explain yourself and she just rudely said forget about it and walked away. Turn her back. That’s not the way how you treat your customers even if you have a bad day. I’m not your punching bag . They are not all over the place because they are in this car cart. Well, accept my oldest son because he’s old enough not to ride them. They are happy excited they’re happy there might be a little loud however, if you have kids you understand. . After finished with the shopping, took my kids to the car. I walked back to the supermarket brought back the car cart. I walk to when they sell the lotto and cigarettes I asked for the manager explain my situation to the manager he was very helpful and apologize even though it was not his fault. I will change my rating once I go back and see that I’ll be treated with respect. You cannot be rude to your customers. Lessons of the day every action in life has a reaction.
