Clean stores as always, nicely laid out. Prices tend to be higher then other stores selling the same products. I still would recommend if you look at the Bogo's you will find good savings that may offset some pricings.

Poor customer service this is the second time I’ve had an issue at this Publix the first time I had to stop and pick up flowers and everyone knows Publix is great for the 3/$12 flower deal they always have but while browsing an employee persisted on sweeping not just by me but literally sweeping my feet with the broom. Not only did I move away from her a few times trying to avoid any unnecessary conflict. Regardless of the obvious signs she continued until finally I had to ask her if she was being serious about following me to sweep my feet and not respecting personal space. Then tonight my daughter and I were checking out at the self checkout and this employee named Carol who spoke broken English was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for her assistance. Then to top it off she accused my daughter of stealing or attempting to steal which was the furthest from the truth. I do not appreciate being disrespected like that when trying to pick up dinner supplies. Even though this Publix is conveniently located to our home I will not be returning again. Such a disappointment

Been a fan of Publix for a long time. Typically known for their good customer service, had an annoying cashier explain that my toddler trying cherries that we were purchasing is messing up their inventory. Sometimes people try a grape before they buy a bag to make sure they're adequate (not too sour or not too soft etc.) Been in Grocery management for almost two decades. Sampling a grape or cherry before purchase is extremely common practice.
Especially a business like Publix that has baskets around their produce department with fruit meant for children.
As if 4 cherries is going to put Publix out of business.

Happened twice @ Publix … the 1st time @ Publix on San Pablo & today @ Hodges … they sliced my mortadella with the plastic still on it … not the fault of the gentleman who sliced it since he was very nice & helpful it looks like management is responsible for not training him right

I went there for my birthday and me and a girlfriend of mine we both ordered the sirloin steak and both of them were tuff as nails we told the waitress she had to get the manager which pretty much told us they could give us another meal or pay for the one we were served which was very unprofessional and poor management. We just got up and walked out because I didn't want to dine there after all the commotion so I wouldn't suggest dinning there I know I'll never dine there again. Just letting you know what we went through on my birthday !!
