Been here since 0730 for 0800 delivery only 7 pallets it's now 3pm and still waiting on my lumper this has cost me to lose my next load and a entire day ! Why even have appointments or lumper fees at this point yall should be paying me for my time not the other way around ! 330 out of here .

Haven't been in and out in close to 2hrs ye
Today arrived 2 hours before appt and given door in dairy right away.
Started unloading 45 minutes before appt. In detention now and told they are still working on it.

2.15.25...My appt was scheduled for 8a. I arrived and checked in at 654a. HAVE YOUR LICENSE AVAILABLE. The people at the booth were nice. I was given instructions on where to go park and take bills to receiving by door 222. I was given a door immediately. A nice young man came out to chock my wheels and started the unloading right away. They were done by 746a and thats with paying lumper. But then again I had a multi-load and they had 6 palletts. They will call you once bills area ready. Nonetheless everything was smooth and easy. There is a staging area that you can arrive by 8p if you're being unloaded in the am the following day.

appointment 2:00 pm checked in 12:30 pm , 8:00 pm still here . Their streak with appointments. But they don’t care about your time .

Checked in and the security said to check in early and I would be out of here by 7:30am. I have been sitting here for 4 hours already. And still sitting. Don't deliver here this is BS..

4am appointment
Arrived at 11:53 pm checked in at 1am door as soon as I checked in unloaded paid lumper and out the door by 4:23am with paperwork lady in the office a little mean but nothing we aren’t use to overall great I took a nap and slid out off to my next drop

The worst place to deliver, this is the third time I've been here, I had an appointment for 7:00 am and I left here at 4:00 pm, they don't have staff to unload the trucks, this place is terrible.

My appointment was at 10:00am i arrived there at 10:15am put in a door instantly and they was done unloading me at 11:00am be prepared to pay lumper fee

0830 appointment. Arrived at 0700. Told to park, walk paperwork to office. 0930 got a door. 1230 check out. Pretty easy backing. Relay lumper payment.
