I have taken my sons here twice in 4 weeks, they love it. One room is cool and has 3 inflatables and the other room is hot and has 3 inflatables as well. You pay for 1 hour of play and a hot room. They really need to fix the air because kids can overheat. My child left and felt sick from the heat.

Staff is great. The first room is a lot of fun and adequately air conditioned. As a nurse, it would be awesome if you provided the kids with fresh water during play. I did see the vending machines but they weren’t stocked well and there was no water. The water fountains need to be cleaned.
In the second room, those foam tiles need to be thrown out completely. They are disgusting. The balls need to be replaced and air flow has got to be better in that room.
The party room is fine. You kids need a serious deep clean. Talk to the owners. So much potential, here. Otherwise, the kids had a great time.

I threw a party for my godson at this location, very fun spot for young children but I feel like if you’re above 10yrs it’s probably not the best place. They order pizza from dominos and offer free caprisuns for kids.
Overall everything was great except the structure.
All of the staff seem to be 18yr and under which I don’t mind but there was very little explanation or leading done by them
It would have been nice if they Atleast would have gotten everyone’s attention for the safety video lol! No biggie though, we still had a blast regardless. I kinda just assumed control of operations and let the kids clean up after us!😎

Ques and staff are great! Highly recommend, especially if you don't want your own house destroyed by a kid's birthday party.

We had our nephew’s birthday party here & the staff was amazing! Ques & Nathan were great with the whole party. They made it so much fun for the kids. Highly recommend for birthday parties!

Pump it up is great place for kids party but only thing is they have helper for the party who may or may not be too helpful. For my daughter's party the helper was amazing nut for my son our helper was slow and kept leaving us in between the event.
