Next time I go, I need the get the name of the lady who did my labs and update the review but she was absolutely wonderful. I have really small veins so I get super anxious because sometimes they miss the vein but she got it right away and talked to me throughout to distract me. The results were back the next day!

Ms. B was very professional and patient with the many tests that were ordered for me. My veins weren't cooperating but she stayed calm and worked through everything. She's very kind and was very easy to work with. I had scheduled my appointment for 1220, arrived at 1200 and didn't get seen until nearly 1pm (so maybe giving this location more associates would be helpful for keeping on schedule.)
All in all a great visit and would recommend Ms. B!

I believe the phlebotomist I had was BC. She was absolutely wonderful, kind and efficient. She was knowledgeable and I was there less than 20 mins for annual labs and biometric screening! I love this location!

Terrible experience today. I checked in using their text that they sent. 15 minutes early. Never saw my name pop up but waited. After my appointment time I checked in again and they told me I was late and had to reschedule. I used their kiosk to check in as a standby and waited an hour. One of the technicians looked at me with glazed eyes when I explained the situation. She never did anything. I ended up walking out due to other commitments.

Hutchinson Park Location - Scheduling was seamless through the website. Check-in was very easy through their text messaging service. They were on time. The wait was very little, if any. Although all the technicians are friendly and professional, I especially like scheduling when I know BC will be there. She is a fantastic phlebotomist. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I barely feel anything and leave with just a pin prick. You can barely tell you had blood drawn. She is a GEM!

I just had a horrible experience at this location. There was only 1 person working 4 people waiting. I was a walk in but when I registered I was advised of an opening on the screen in 30 minutes so I thought great. The staff member then yelled at me that she was not taking any walk ins and to go somewhere else . I have never been spoken to that way and tried to explain that I had just made an appointment. The place is cluttered and appears dirty and staff beyond rude. Never again.

The lab itself is small and needs a serious paint job, but the people who work here are efficient, caring and do their jobs exceptionally well!
