After checking in, I asked the receptionist a question in regards to my labs, and she responded with a snobby attitude. Afterwards, she proceeded to ignore me and assist the nest person while I was talking to her.

I’m not sure what happened today. I checked in as a walk-in a little after 8am. Right before 10am, after waiting for nearly 2 hours, I checked the TV monitor with the standby list at the front of the room (I had been sitting in the back.) My name had disappeared even though they never called me. I asked the only woman working the desk, but she said someone else had been working the front earlier that day so she didn’t know what happened. Normally this location is amazing. Really disappointed today. There’s no reason my name should have disappeared off the board when they never called me. Normally I try to book an appt, I wasn’t able to this time. If you’re not able to book an appt weeks in advance, I would advise checking the board frequently to make sure your name stays up there.

No way of communicating on the phone at all to talk to an actual person, you either have to show up and o talk to someone or cancel/schedule online and even with an appointment you still have a wait time.

I had probably the worst medical experience of my life here. I was just having blood drawn as usual. First off, the woman did something dramatically different with the needle. It was super painful despite it never being painful elsewhere. And then my blood sugar got low and I passed out. They did absolutely nothing and let me be unconscious for some unknown length of time. I started drifting in an out of consciousness and asked for something sweet to correct my obviously low blood sugar. She said that she couldn’t give me anything so they wouldn’t be sued if I was diabetic. This is super dumb. If I was a diabetic would I have passed out from having low blood sugar? Obviously not. Finally another patient gave me a banana.
The staff didn’t care at all that I was unconscious from a usually routine medical procedure.
Every time I think about having blood drawn in the United States by this company I think of this experience and how I would like to avoid it.
There was even a touch of contempt in the woman’s voice when she denied helping me in any way while I was mostly unconscious and feeling utterly terrible.

The people are polite and professional. What can really be said about this place, other than that. It's a Lab that collects bodily fluids for testing. Pretty much cut and dried, routine operation.

I visited around 2:40, No one else was waiting to be seen. The office close at 3pm, I was denied services. Horrible customer service, no one appear to want to work. If this office doesn't accept patients after a certain time, it should be noted on the door or at check in ‼️

The staff was efficient and friendly when interacting. I did not like that you do not have any human contact until your appointment time. Also the facility was in disrepair that gave it a dirty feeling( cracked and stained drywall and stained floor tile).

Unfortunately this is the closest Quest. It looks like ALL Quest locations in Jax are going down the drain. Don't waste your time. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT ALL TIMES. EVEN FOR PICKING UP CONTAINERS & SPECIMEN. They don't care. They'll make you wait for over an hour even if you are just dropping specimen off. It's absolutely ridiculous. 💯 they are so understaffed, it's very sad. Even if you have to wait weeks for an appointment just do it because without an appointment you'll be sitting here ALL day.

Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs. Came here with a 2 week old baby. There were easily 30 people packed in the waiting room with about half that many chairs. Signed In and got on the wait list. After an hour, I noticed we had actually moved DOWN on the walk in list. After asking the employee about this, they denied it and refused to provide any information. Moved down on the list again and finally left after an hour and a half with my newborn in the crowded waiting room. Hoping he didn’t pick up some sort of illness from this nasty facility. Next time we will just go to the hospital for any lab work and not waste our time here.
