The ABSOLUTE Worst!!! The Lady at the Desk is RUDE! & Don’t care about the patients! I just needed to drop off some test & she Made me wait & didn’t even ask for any more information. I’m in Customer Service and I know how Patients are supposed to be treated!!! This is my First Time coming (it will be my last!)They have more people leaving than staying because of this.…Whomever is in charge of this location needs to to an re-evaluation of the Employee policy for KINDNESS!!!

Do not go here.....I used this lab for years and the service has dropped dramatically over the past year. Waited 30 minutes past appointment time...first time I asked about the delay, they said we were to wait they had people in front of us. Watched them place 3 more people in front of us....when I asked about our appointment the second time they claimed that we had missed our appointment and that they had called us 3 times.....they lied. Walked out.....

PSA, don't check in through your phone as it may mark you as a walk in, wasn't seen till maybe 45 minutes after my appointment

Why would Quest allow us to schedule an appointment here a week ago if they were going to be closed for maintenance? I drove over an hour to get here just to find out they are closed. I also took off work to be here. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Long wait for lab draw. Noticed more "workers" sitting around on their phones or chatting than actually working. Crystal tied on a tourniquet and left the room for over 2 minutes. When she returned I asked for a different sticker because of Crystal's unprofessional behavior and she got snippy with me. Then some older large (fat) woman with long messy hair came in and gave me attitude because I complained. She had been on her phone texting the entire time. Quest needs to get their employees to understand that patients are the reason they have a job.

Quest diagnostics did not bother telling their patients with appointments that the office that they booked their appointments at was closed. What a waste of time money and energy

This is the worst Quest diagnostics I've ever dealt with, RUDE, NASTY, DON'T GIVE A FK, everytime I go there it's a problem... Went twice today, and still couldn't find my appointment, and while trying to remedy the issue, girlfriend acted like I did something wrong??? Fix your system or better yet find ANOTHER JOB!! TOO BAD YOU CAN'T GIVE NEGATIVE STAR

I was a walk-in on 11-8-23 and had no problem getting seen. The man that checked me in was very nice. The man that took my blood needs to be disciplined. He had the stuck in me at an angle and it hurt bad. My blood didn’t want to come out and then it would gush. I asked him to please remove it and try another spot. He said no and I kept complaining about the pain. It has been a week and my black and blue spot is still there the size of a silver dollar, actually a little larger. This was the worst pain I have had giving blood.

Let's just keep it simple... I had an appointment at 11:20, and I decided to cancel and leave at 12:30. That's right, an hour & 10mins after my appointment and still not called to be seen. This is my 1st time (and the last) visiting this quest location, I should've just stuck with what works but decided on this location because it was closer.

Walked in for scheduled appointment and Katina (I know I am mispelling on purpose) was rude, turned me away bc of lab slip and laughed as I was leaving. I went back and asked if she was laughing at me and she said, "yes, I am". I work in medical field and would be fired in no time if I ever laughed at a patient. Simply rude and uncalled for. I would try to have some manners and not be so unprofessional (insert other choice of words here). Do better Quest in your hiring of employees. Never had issues at any other location

Quest Lab is the most ridiculous, UNHELPFUL, medical service that I have EVER experienced. I have been dealing with double vision for over a yr now. Finally sent to a neuro-ophthalmologist, I thought, but just a neurologist. Have had many lab tests done by pcp, all normal. Oakleaf did lab for neurologist, sent 3 results to me, all normal; other 3 sent to Quest in Tampa! Last 2 STILL not received by neurologist. Plus he wants mri with contrast. I want some prism glasses to find out if that's ALL I NEED!!! You get NO ANSWERS FROM QUEST. CAN'T EVEN SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!! This COVID HOAX has driven the World into MADNESS. IF I can get some glasses from a regular Optometrist, and they don't help, THEN I will decide what to do. I AM SICK OF THIS CIRCUS!!!!!
