My technician was wonderful, friendly and did a great job. Why is the wait always so long at Quest?!?! I made an appointment and still had to wait about 24 mins! Ugh.

I made an appointment, arrived ten minutes early, was called in AT my exact appointment time and was out in ten minutes!!!! Thank you Quest!!!! Fast and professional! AND didn’t feel a thing when the young lady took blood! Big perk!!!

Another Quest fail! I took my senior mom for labs ordered by 2 specialists. We had an appointment and still waited about 15 minutes. Once called in, no greeting, zero desire to interact with humans and it was clear that she hated her job & life. Never asked to confirm her name, which arm she preferred, nothing. Apparently, labs required for us to come back with specimen. I had to ask for instructions and more clarification. She said, when ready just bring it back. We left. Next day, we come back with the specimen. We had to force our way in because there's no reception, waited in the hallway for someone's attention. Eventually, the same tech we saw yesterday came by, didn't attempt to offer assistance and kept walking by. I had to get her attention and said, "hi, remember us? we brought the specimen. In a very cold and annoyed manner said "you need to sign in". I said, we're just dropping it off and that's all you said we had to do. She said "you need to sign in and add your name to the list." and she left. I turned around and asked another tech and with the same nasty attitude responded with "you need an appointment." Where's the customer service? Why have bodies that don't care about life and hate their jobs? MOVE-ON!! Find something that makes you happy. Ultimately, this starts from leadership - you don't invest in your people and it trickles down to your clients. Shame on you QUEST!

I estimate Quest is losing roughly $30m-$40m a year because their staff isn’t trained for data processing. This makes the 7th quest visit in 2 years and not once have I gotten in on my scheduled time. When I do get to the back it has never failed “we don’t have any paper work on you” or “do you have your orders with you” and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they find my orders.
It takes an additional 12-15 minutes to find or create orders. If this is a continuous issue, Quest needs to revamp their system to be more streamlined for orders.
I arrived at 1:10p, I’m leaving at 1:55p appt at 1:20p, actual blood and BP took 4min which is phenomenal!

Always efficient and friendly. They have always accommodated me with or without and appointment. However, with and appointment it was faster than ever. Many thanks to the employees at this site, 4372 Southside Blvd.

The lady didn’t even ask for my name and date of birth before start taking my blood. She didn’t even ask for me to confirm if all my information was correct. The place was SUPER dirty as well. The stuff falling apart. Overall, REALLY bad experience

Today November 19, I took my mother-in-law to her blood draw appointment. I checked her in online however after 15 minutes of waiting, I asked what was going on. My mother-in-law said I never made an appointment. I responded that I have the email and went inside to show the Representative. She was already put on the standby list. Bottom line is we had an appointment but there was no one there to assist my mother-in-law who is having problems logging in at the Southside office near Publix. I do not recommend.

Update! Still my favorite place after I leave work, heading south to get my lab work done! Appointments are easy to do online and I'm here every 3 months and I have zero issues. I always ask for the butterfly needle bc I'm a baby but that's my personal preference. They updated their lobby. See photo... No more reception window!!!
Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This location makes things easy for you. Definitely, recommend this location.
