Their “sign-in” computer down, no sign on it. They could care less. Told us to sign in on phone.. can’t find that- most unprofessional.

The facility is extremely run down
Lack of a person on the front office. Not all people / CUSTOMERS are literate with technology. They need somebody to communicate in person and by phone
This makes it a very poor business and medieval
HOWEVER, ASHLEY THE NURSE WAS VERY SWEET. BUT SHE WORKS FOR A JUNK COMPANY UNFORTUNATELY

Place is dirty, place does not have the instruments needed for a full Biometric screening requested at companies. Workers are not trained to perform their duties appropriately. Lack of professionalism . Walls have holes and are dirty, place is disorganized

Service was quick but equipment did not work properly. The scale was broken and the blood pressure cuff was put on too tight making my reading incorrect. The place was not clean. And the lab tech was sort of rude. I tried to explain to the lab tech guy those readings (weight and BP) were incorrect then a female tech asked him "Hey, did you fix them? Because they're not working" He responded "No" and proceeded to write incorrect information. I told the female tech " I tried to tell him it's not correct " then the male lab tech turned to me saying "I guy none of our stuff is working, huh?"
It read my weight as 143 lbs. I know I weight 160lbs. The BP read 201/134 😳. I usually read 130s/70s.

I have always had nice techs at this location, but today I was really blown away with the kindness and care received from Rose Marie. As someone who does not handle needles well, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of before, during, and after my blood draw.

Very few chances for privacy in the waiting room. Everyone can read your information as you type it in. Deliveries were being made but the techs wouldn’t answer the doors, so she just sat there waiting for them to answer. Not to mention they were rude about it. Had to wait for patients to open the doors to ask any questions or get clarifications. People returning to complete labs were having the same issues.
Honestly I get that everyone’s trying to go no contact as much as possible but maybe when dealing with patients they could try to interact with them.

I went in to Quest for a quick checkup for insurance purposes. Just got blood drawn, blood pressure, weight and height. My appointment was at 7:30am, I walked in at 7:10 and was out by 7:25! So a quick in and out! My blood getting drawn was painless. Everything was pretty straight forward and quick!

I had a scheduled drop off appointment for a frozen sample. Each time a nurse called back another patient, I informed them of my scheduled appointment and frozen sample. 25 minutes later, I was called back. The rude, unsympathetic person who did not give me her name, kept me seated there an additional 12 minutes while she input information, all the while as my sample continued to thaw out. I kept telling her it was frozen and thawing and she said, "when I'm done with you, I'll put it in the freezer. " When I left, she still hadn't done anything with the sample. Please avoid this place at all costs. They truly don't care about their patients and proper procedures regarding frozen samples. It's a shame I had to leave 1 star. I have never wanted to see a place close down until I met the ignorant woman who was "assisting " me.

Having set an appointment on the Quest web site, I arrived at the designated time and the system said that I did not have an appointment, so I went standby. One person who was waiting to be called in said the same thing happened to his wife a couple weeks ago. The only saving grace was the technician, Kay, who was fantastic.
