I had a scheduled appointment, my wait time was just a couple of minutes and it was a very pleasant and fast experience.

Probably one of the best visits to Quest! Ecstasy was friendly, engaging and I never even felt the needle! She’s the best! Thank you!

This office was completely different from my visit to the one I had previously used. Pleasant staff. clean and bright office. What a difference.

Cathy was able to find a vein in my left arm which many people cannot do. It took only one stick and I didn't bruise or bleed. Can I ask for her each time I have bloodwork? Thanks for a great job,

I made an appointment for 1/22nd at 8 AM. At 7 AM I received a text that when I arrived to click on the attached link. At 750 AM I was outside Quest and clicked on the link. It gave me a message that I was checked in and to come inside and have a seat. I proceeded inside to find a note on the door that they were going to open at 10 AM because of the weather. Many other clients were experiencing the same thing. Since you send an email or text to clients to check in, why not send everyone an update on what was going on! When everyone arrived at 10 AM what was going to happen to all the booked appointments? I wasn't going to deal with that fiasco. So when I got home I booked another appointment. This was very poor planning on the part of Quest Management and your main office. I understand this was done for safety reasons. But your clients that had booked appointments, should have been notified. All that showed was you were only concerned about the wellbeing of your associates and not your clients.

This location is absolutely garbage and unprofessional in all aspects. The greatest note is their unprofessional staff. Not only can they not get samples correct, but are unable to accept sample turn in 45 minutes prior to closing. Overall, this is by far the worst Laboratory Collection Company that I have ever dealt with. I think here in Florida they hire people that don’t understand customer service.

I got here in plenty of time for my scheduled appt. I arrived at 1050 for an 1110. When I arrived they were currently working on 1030 appts. By time my appt came and gone, now 1130, they still haven't finished the 1050 appts. I am not sure what is going on with this location but some processes need changing or an increase in staff. This is unexceptable. I'm also in Healthcare and would never allow someone to wait like this! I'd have consequences.

I’ve been coming to this Quest location for a while now, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient, no matter the circumstances. It’s unfortunate that some customers in the Mandarin area bring an attitude of entitlement and disrespect, they’re the ones who treat others poorly during the week while seeking forgiveness on Sunday! Despite this, the staff handles every situation with grace, even accommodating walk-ins and those without appointments—unlike me, who always books in advance. Their professionalism, patience, and ability to provide excellent service with a smile is remarkable!! It’s because of this that I will continue to choose this location. Keep up the great work!

I usually go to the University Point location for a monthly test, but went to this location today because it was closer to another doctor appt scheduled for 45 minutes later. First, the woman couldn’t find the test my doctor ordered. I said it’s the same test I’ve been doing for 7 months and I even had the Quest Code myself. Nevertheless, she couldn’t find the form faxed by my doctor. She finally gave me a sample cup and said she’d confirm the code later. I went to the restroom and did the test. When I brought her my urine sample, she said it wasn’t registering a temperature in the cup. She poured it into another cup. She said it still wasn’t registering. Baffled, I said “you can feel the temperature through the cup…” but she said that was of no import since the cup had to register a temperature.
I do not understand how it’s my problem THEIR cups are not registering a temperature. The other location has never made me wait for some temperature reading to register. I just give them the cup and go about my day. Never had an issue before. She was clearly insinuating I did something to tamper the sample and I asked her if that was the case. She said it wasn’t, but she told me to drink a lot of water and come back in a bit. NO WAY. I have to get to work after my second appointment. If I skip work to do the test, who’s to say their cups won’t be defective again?!? I’ll call my doctor and go back to the other location, thank you very much. I have a chronic condition that makes doing these tests quite difficult and painful, and the ineptitude of a Quest employee and issues with their sample collection material should NEVER be passed off as the patient’s issue.

I wasn’t sure how my experience would go after seeing some of the other reviews, but I was 100% pleased with the service and cleanliness at this location. The key is to make an appointment through the app and pre-register ahead of time. Ecstacy took my blood and I didn’t feel a thing, she is good at what she does! She was very personable as well. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will definitely go back to this location in the future.

I'm disappointed in quest in general. There are several locations near my home that I have attempted to be seen at and there has just been signs on the door stating they were closed for the day. I made an appointment at a location that I had a problem with in the past and was finally able to be seen. The employee was not unpleasant... But was not the friendliest. The job was done and unfortunately I needed labs again. It was urgent so my doctor directed me to quest again for redraw. This sis not leave an opportunity to make an appointment. But because they advertise as walk-ins being welcome...I figured I'd take my chances. They show closing at 4pm... I arrived slightly before 3pm... There was no one in the waiting room... So I figured I got lucky... I checked in with all my info... Which is a process on the kiosk and it showed I was the only one needing service and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. I waited until 323 and knocked on the door. To make sure someone was actually there. I was greeted by someone and told that they would not draw me because I didn't have an appointment. My complaint is... Why is the system telling me to have a seat and I will be waited on... Is this is not the case. I'm patient... So the wait in general was not the problem.. But had I not knocked to inquire then I would have still been sitting there. The employee.. Who was not rude... Just not helpful... Admitted there was one more person listed as an appointment who had not shown and this is while I was in the waiting room... So instead of going ahead and drawing me in what was a no showed slot... Which is what the standby spot is supposed to be for... They spent the 15 mins arguing about why the couldn't do it.. Even though the system said I could have been... It was blamed on quest corporate.. And since they are the ones that have a system that allows you to go through a full check in and tells you to have a seat... And nothing let's you know that you should not expect to be serviced... Then that is a broken process... If there is not an opportunity for someone to be seen... Then say that up front and don't tell them to have a seat in the waiting room. Although...I suspect the idea is to leave an opportunity for the staff to assist and be helpful... And they chose not to... I'll be sure to redirect patients to other facilities and to encourage insurers who are contracted with them... To demand they do a better job providing service to patients
