I tried to buy a new ford from them and they added a $2000 'protection package' plus tax on it to the cost of the vehicle. I've bought 11 new cars in my life and never experienced such a cost. I would not recommend this dealership. AWFUL!!

I've decided to share my sorry about this horrible dealership I set up an appointment to see a Mazda 3 hatchback on time to my appointment they are showing it and letting someone take it on a test drive asking me to wait and see if he ends up buying it or not I choose to stay a few minutes see that they are starting to sign papers and choose to leave I get home and am now getting a call that the deal fell through that if I wanted to come see it I came back to the worst and I mean worst sales man ever unluckily I didn't catch his name (you know who you are) I like the car decide to buy it after several hours (5+) of waiting with no food one water bottle and no car to be able to leave I got ignored for hours left at my salesman's desk for 30-45 minutes at a time before he even came back to see me or let me know what's going on he took several personal phone calls while working with me and constantly disappearing finally we get everything done I sign the papers eager to finally leave knowing I just had a whole day stripped away from me I don't hear anything for weeks I don't even know who's financing my vehicle till finally I get a text about the paperwork wasn't handled correctly send some pictures of my ID and resign some documents failing to let me know that now my monthly payments are $9 more dollars a month with an additional 7 months now I was shocked and had the sales man finally reach out after almost 1 and a half of not hearing anything just for him to explain that they took to long getting the appropriate paperwork to the bank and now they need more information so they took it upon themselves to go with another bank that has given me a higher interest rate longer monthly terms and all he had to say was that other people try to get this term it's a better term that doesn't make any sense my 18000 dollar used car is now financed for 28,000 and with the interest rates it shoots to nearly 42,000 for a USED 2018 Mazda absolutely ridiculous I am a bit on the younger side so they definitely took that and ran with I never was I sat down an read these number just called and texted to sign hoping I wouldn't notice the new payments or terms buddy just told me to refinance when I can disgusting team of people that exploited me to the fullest

I travel a lot for my job. My battery decided that it doesn't care about my plans at 7:45 in the morning. I had to make a trip and called Duval Ford to see about getting it fixed and another little thing that was bugging me. 30 mins later I was back to work . Very fast service and okay pricing . But worth the my time on a busy day.

Parts department is a mess. Told me they have a part available, then say "yup i got it right here and its to your name!" So i pull up to the dealer and then say they don't have it. Then someone comes from the back and got the nerve to say they called me back saying they don't have it and left a voicemail. I don't have a missed call or a voicemail from from nobody.

First visit. Brought an old truck in for a full revamp lol. They took all my money, but for good reason. I really didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Refreshing experience actually. Thanks!

You know in the movies when the rich VIP shows up at a hotel and the doorman runs to open the door and then the concierge immediately shows up to asks the VIP's needs are? This is exactly how I felt the other day when I went to Ford to get a new battery for my Hybrid SUV. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Someone was there immediately to ask me what I needed to get done. Soon, another gentlemen appeared and gave me a time quote and inquired if I was going to wait or drop it off. Since it was late afternoon I dropped off my vehicle and I was notified that it would be available first thing in the morning. I hoped so since we were driving out of town. I had a voice mail from them even BEFORE I woke up the next morning that the car was finished and ready. When I arrived I got the VIP doorman experience and BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! I checked out and I was on my way with a new battery. I couldn't BELIEVE the speed and efficiency of Duval Ford. Way to make a lady feel special. Thanks!

I made an appointment for a works service. In the past, I have been in and out in about an hour. Last week it was 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I asked why it took so long I was told your in business, you should understand. I have a busy schedule and came in on my lunch break. I missed a meeting . DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING! I've been in contact with Bri since Monday about seeing the 2019 Hyundai Accent (still) on the website, and was told it'll be ready Monday. Decided to make the appointment for Monday 7/18 , then decided Friday 7/15 to double check if we're still set for Monday. Upon responding was told it was ready Friday for me to come in Friday or Saturday since I wanted the vehicle and didn't want it bought from under me. Bri then worked with Tino and Tino said if I didn't want it bought from under me that they would send me all documents to put me into the vehicle and for financing, before a test drive. I said I'll hold off I wanted to test drive and I'll be there Saturday (Today) for a test drive and they said perfect see you then. Showed up Today (Saturday) asked for Tino and he was not there nor was Bri and from what I was told his whole department was out. Was directed to someone else, Alden, in which at that point he went on a hunt for keys that were not found and I was then told that YESTERDAY they discovered the car was rotted in areas and came with no catalytic converter. In which no one decided to contact me to let me know and it could've saved me the 30 minute ride in the rain.

I'm in the market for a new truck that's a rare find so I have been doing a bunch of Google searches. This guy contacts me with exactly what I'm looking for except when he finds out I'm from out of state he jacks the price up $13k. He then sends me pictures of other trucks that they have and when I tell him I think those prices are too high he tells me sir apparently these trucks are out of your budget you should look somewhere else. So that pissed me off because this guy has no clue what my budget is. I called in and spoke to a manager who told me sir I have no clue why he sent you those pictures we have no such trucks available. I'm sure he was trying to get me to drive 10hours out there to try to con me into buying something else. I will never do business with this company. It really sucks that businesses are trying to take advantage of people like this.

I’ve been to your dealership a few times for service. Your service department, including the greeters, technicians and Allison are amazing. This morning, I had a not so pleasant interaction with Mr. Mejia. I was making an inquiry as to the FCTP program and Mr. Mejia provided inaccurate information and was rude. During our interaction he rolled his eyes, stated inaccuracies and turned away as I was speaking with him. As an auto enthusiast, I’m always checking out or purchasing new vehicles. Based on my interaction with Mr. Mejia, I wouldn’t consider a sales transaction with Duval Ford. My opinion is that all customers should be treated with respect and provided with service excellence, unless the customer is ridiculous. His behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary.
