No good customer service, no hello or anything and I was literally the only person in the store with 3 workers two just talking and the one that helped me seem to be irritated.

I hate this racetrack. Sucks it’s the closest one to my house and I want my mom to earn her points. 50% of the time something is wrong with pump and the location is so outdated. I’m so annoyed I’m literally finally pumping my gas while standing and writing this review.

I was there 5 or 5 days ago. I dropped my open style wallet getting out of my car. I picked everything up and I had $20 in cash( 2 folded 10s) . I apparently managed to drop the cash again. I was in a hurry. I go into the store , I got what I wanted and get to the register and Ricky rings me up and I have no cash. I said I dropped my wallet outside but I picked everything up. He looked out the window and he saw my money . He ran outside so fast and grabbed the money for me. I wouldn't have even been able to run that fast. I'm old .HaHaHa
I just want kudos to go to Ricky who not only was friendly , he was refreshing . I believe customer service and people in general have simply forgot how to be nice. Ricky Rocks!! Give him a raise 🙏❤️🙏

Hands down or up!!! The best Racetrack in Jacksonville Florida! I’m speechless with the service and the store is always stick with the best good around! Great genuine welcoming energetic people you will meet in a store at your own convenience.

Paid with card for gas, got charged for the wrong pump after saying what pump i was at twice, they told me it would be refunded, charged me again, it never was. Terrible service.

Good for quick stop..gas, cigs,drinks, food. This store is so clean and organized and associates are friendly & helpful. Fantastic

Courteous staff, reasonably priced fast food, no pre-wrap cheeseburgers anymore, love the pebbled ice for drinks. Unsweet tea very good.

Nice people, usually well stocked, even though today the snack cakes were nearly empty. And often, only one of their ice dispensers works, which is so surprising for RaceTrac. This company is not one to allow their stores to ever be sub-par in customer service, inventory, or reliability in equipment. I only shop RaceTrac, and to be fair, this is the only one of their stores where I've experienced a decline in their superiority over other convenience stores.
