A couple of nights ago my husband and I walked up to racetrac to make a purchase. We were talking to Mimi and the new associate at the front counter. The conversation was hubby being who he is. Just regular conversation. Mimi before we walked out said if you stop in tomorrow because we are always in there it's a 3min walk from where we live. Anyhow we came in on 6/20/25 walked passed the manager and the young lady at the counter and before we proceeded over to the coffee told the manager Mimi said one coffee on her. So the manager said no she can't tell us that. Okay I said no big deal we will pay for it. The young lady came over and was talking about her own colleague instead of free coffee was definitely getting the tea! However, she was telling us how mimi is under investigation and she is a new assistant manager like I care or something but hey, noted! Now yall know. Anyhow. I walked over to the counter and the young lady was wiping the counter near the soda machines and the manager was stocking the lotto machine behind us. So we checked out. The young lady very rudely and loud said you didn't add the medium coffee 🙄 what so I printed the receipt and told her here maybe it's not showing on your end. She did not apologize for accusing us of not adding the medium coffee and the manager didn't even come up and deflect the situation, says alot! All I can say is Mimi watch your back girl! I bet, my morning coffee the morale in that store is down.

I am extremely impressed with the dedication that the General Manager Greg has put into this location. It has been a complete turn-around from what it was and from employees such as Julia, Courtney, and Greg I have seen a cleaner more attentive enviroment and they work very hard and it has paid off! The community is very happy to have a dedicated and hard working Manager and assocuates.

I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones. The employee would not provide a name, but it stated exactly who she was on the receipts print out today. The snide remarks, rolling of the eyes, and attitude does not go far for repeat customers. They need to address this issue as it appears a common occurrence for them at this location.

Normally I dont go out of my way to write a bad review unless the experience is completely unacceptable. Ive never received such poor service from the hispanice lady with short grey crew style hair cut with glasses (she wouldnt provide her name, and was not wearing a name badge). I was waiting to make a purchase and decided to use the self check out kiosk. I purchased an item that required age verification, no biggie, I can wait. She was the only one working the register, which I understand and waited for 4 people to get checked out AHEAD of me. When i tried to get attention she told me i could wait and skipped the line, to try and check out faster...SERIOUSLY!?!?! First, thats what self check out is for (I get ID verification), 2nd, no i was kind and even helped the lady with her broken arm chekout next to me while i patiently waited for you to be ready, 3rd who says that to a customer!? Then she proceeded to mutter under her breath about what a jerk I was for giving her issues? Im sorry, this is unacceptable service for a simple beer purchase, hope shes not your store manager...

They are NEVER open past 9 pm don't even bother and they have a constant staff turnover will open at night for 2 nights and go right back to being closed. The night crew is LAZY and rude. The morning is fine

I haven't been treated so badly for being a disabled veteran in a long time. My children were mistreated as well, for being the children of a disabled veteran. I am ashamed that people in this country can treat another human this way and it hurt to be the recipient. Last night I was going to pump gas, but two of my children and I first needed to use the restroom. I am a disabled veteran and I have debilitating conditions and an illness in which at times I can't hold my urine for long. I was in intense pain in my kidney and was headed to the restroom and was stopped before entering by the gas station cashier who denied me use of the restroom. My teenage daughter and son were denied restroom use as well. I asked the gas station cashier if I could please use the restroom and told her it was urgent. The young lady said I needed to buy something first. I explained my condition to her and was denied again until I bought something. I picked something out and went to the counter and I offered to buy something so I could use the restroom and I was denied again as I was about to pay. I asked why she was doing this and she proceeded to tell me that the restroom was closed to people like me. My daughter and son said we should go and find somewhere else to use the restroom and take our business elsewhere. I agreed. On the way out the door the young lady and a man behind the counter who also worked there started laughing and mocking me for being a veteran and the young lady remarked how I was injured by "being stupid enough to be in the military". I was at the door and even though my daughter said they're not worth our time, I did turn around and say that I would be letting someone know the way I was treated. She laughed and said to go ahead because no one cares about veterans or my problems and continued to laugh and mock me with her co-worker. I left and drove down to the Wawa near a gentleman's club at Beach and Southside blvd. There I was not bothered in the slightest by anyone. My family and I were able to use the restroom and thank goodness because I was in a great deal of pain at that point and my kidney could have suffered more injury or I could have wet myself if I had to wait any longer, or both. When I came back to my car and I was finally out of pain and possible further harm for the time being and my children were upset by what had happened. I had to explain to my children that I fought for the freedom of people like that too. Freedom to have thier own opinions and views. However, I did not fight for people like those two to be free to make others suffer for their own amusement or difference in belief. I reassured them I would be OK, but it was still upsetting to us all. So not only was it disheartening for me to be mocked and ridiculed as well as be denied the simple courtsey of using the restroom because I served my country, and being injured while serving, and going through the struggles of living with being disabled. I had to see my children not only be upset by the treatment I received, but I had to see them be disrespected as well. Employees of a company represent that company. That is why I will not ever go to that Racetrac location, ever again. It is also the reason my family and I will not ever set foot in any Racetrac gas station or give that company one penny of our business from this day forward.

The white older woman who is a manager was really rude for absolutely no reason and disrespectful. Closed all bathrooms because they didn’t want to clean them again. Closed the ice cream early because she didn’t want to “clean up twice” and proceeded to bad mouth my family. I will be making a formal complaint to the district manager.
