RaceTrac is a trusted convenience store offering an affordable one-stop shop with competitively priced fuel. It features freshly brewed coffee, breakfast sandwiches, made-in-house pizzas, a roller grill, and grab-and-go snacks. The morning staff is consistently described as friendly, awesome, and kind, often putting a smile on customers' faces. The bathrooms are noted for being large and clean. However, the store has significant operational issues. It is supposed to be 24 hours, but sometimes the doors are found locked. The checkout line is often ridiculously long with long waits, frequently with only one cashier while other employees do different jobs. A recurring problem is with the fountain drinks, which have too much carbonation, resulting in wasted soda that tastes like carbonated water. Management does not seem to care about this waste. Customers also note there is never any receipt paper at the fuel pumps.
