This particular location has gone down hill. The cashiers are rude, slow, and very entitled. They are almost always out of regular items. The lines are long and today the cashier was insulting the manager to his face. I know its a dead end job for people with little to no skills but try to do the job please. I feel like this is a franchised location. Very disappointed in every visit.

Today me and my husband was on our lunch here at the Racetrack on Baymeadows Rd witness the GM being rude and disrespectful to her employees yelling at her and also falling her around the store in front of your customers. So many of us felt that was so wrong of her to be disrespecting and mistreat her employees way she did today and I also witness her yesterday with the same behavior and I wonder how this young woman be a GM at the store and she abuses her employees the way she does and still have a job? Something needs to be done about her behavior immediately before alot of customers doesn't want to come to the store and some of her employees wanna quit their jobs because her mistreating them.

This is the third time that I’ve been to this specific location and there’s been something wrong with the pumps. I either go to a pump and it doesn’t work or I go to a pump and it’s sold out or I go to a pump and the card reader doesn’t work or it’s jammed or something to that effect. This race track is garbage. It’s a garbage Gas station. For something that’s so new it sure is real raggedy. I guess that’s a testament to how things are made these days. Everything is made to break and fail. I’ve wasted my time money and my gas to get to the gas station for it to not give me the things that I need in order to keep going throughout the day so I have to go to a different location or a different gas station altogether now because of this situation. It makes no sense for me to go to pump to pump to pump to finally try and find one that works when I’m playing this Russian roulette game. I’d rather go to a place that is going to give me the guarantee that it has everything that I need on hand. This is ridiculous. I’m fed up with this race track and I’m definitely gonna let people know about it every time I have a conversation about anything involving gas or gas prices. I am going to let them know. Do not go to the one on Phillips Highway near Bay Meadows becauseit has failed me three times.

What's the deal race track? The last three locations I've gone to the bathrooms either been closed for cleaning or out of order! You're about to lose my business 100% of every single location! I'm getting sick and tired of coming to a location that does not have a bathroom and I have made it a point to check to see if the bathrooms are available before I shop. No bathroom no money!

We have been here many many times and have never once had a bad experience. This place is extremely clean(very new). We usually stop to get gas and lottery tickets(for some reason I do very well here in my tickets..I have won about $2000 in the last year and I only buy a couple at a time) today we had Rashad and he was very very friendly and made our day with his kind smile and demeanor. We will be back. I recommend this location.

Im give a five star at this of Customer Service to Employer Lilly she is a hard work this Ladie could be on the kitchen and see customer she go and help them yesterday I went to the store and it was nobody at the front but this ladie came with a smile a apologize to me and help two people at the same time with matter she is a excellent work …. Good Job Lilly

After I put the pump handle back, it must not have closed out my transaction and the pump allowed other people to charge an extra $175 worth of gas to my card

Sunday 330 pm no one answered after 20 min of call then I call and now it's busy constantly why did I try so hard hate has everything they do. Congrats racetrack lost another customer over something so simply.
