So many homeless hanging around this place couldn't even find a seat to eat the sandwich that I paid for.

Their customer service is unfriendly. I made a purchase for a drink, however, they all taste flat, and I tried different kinds of soda and all of them taste flat too. So, I kindly asked them if it’s okay for me to get a soda bottle instead, they firmly said no. So, I was forced to ask for a refund, then paid for the bottle. They should have put a warning sign on the soda machine saying that it’s out of order or something, so we don’t have to waste our time filling up drinks.

This racetrack location doesn’t even deserve one star. Employees lack professionalism, and are put on the register with no knowledge on how to use it.

Whoever is working the store right now was rude didn’t want to give a time when they will be open. Gas machines wasn’t working tried to pay inside and he didn’t want to open the door. He yelled we are closed…. A 24hr gas station closed without a reason is not acceptable place a sign out!!

Poor customer service. Ty, the lady behind the counter, has no customer service skills. There was an individual at the counter whom she was having a conversation with. I waited while she continued to talk, I finally walked to the counter after the individual she was talking to waved me up. I greeted her with a good morning, and she gave no reply. I had two items, and she rang up the other customers' item on mine due to her lack of paying attention. I got my change and said, "Have a nice day," and still no reply. This is not the first experience in which she has done the same thing. Very poor customer service.

The customer service is great. Everything is organized and clean. Yeah atmosphere. It is spectacular. Also I wanted to point out. The restroom is absolutely clean. Smells fresh stocked up with toiletries. Just phenomenal.
