Cannot get in touch with either A or B race track station. We left our work card at the ga station and we cannot see if anyone has found it because we’re traveling to tampa for work. It’s not very helpful when there’s phone numbers displayed and nether work or will be answered.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, and perfectly clean bathrooms. The Woman working tonight (I feel bad I didn't check her name) was so friendly, made us smile, and reminded us of what customer service should be. Thank you to this particular Racetrack for our first experience being so great in your store. We will definitely bookmark this location for when we are in the area. Great job 🙂. Great store. Store was clean. Parking lot was clean. Everything stocked and prep. Associates were friendly. I am on the road a lot in Jacksonville and St Augustine. I appreciate a well run clean store where I can stop and take a quick break. This is probably the best I have seen this month. Keep it up I appreciate it.

RaceTrac are my favorite gas stations! Workers are friendly and very helpful. Gas prices are usually lower than others.

I just wanted to let any parent know, DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION. I went there today around 5pm and was greeted by a dirty man standing outside of the store. Not only was he staring at my kid, but he also had his hands in his pants (which were of course hanging low.) No one inside the store seemed to care either. Then as we were leaving, I had a driver let me know that your "employee of the month" took pictures too. JSO did get a call from us and is trying to have a chat with him. Needless to say, we will not be frequenting this or any of your locations.

There are definitely some bad apples in the staff here. I expect to be met with a smile or at least they could make eye contact. I go here everyday and would like to be treated as a loyal customer. It just doesn’t happen here. Everything else is fine with the place.
