The shop owners of the Phillips Highway store treat you like family. All the workers are very professional. They try to get you in and out as fast as they can and if they feel there’s a problem with something that they can they deal with it with no extra charge they will handle it. I recommend using this muffler service!!!! 🤓🤓🤓😎😎😎

On a whim stopped late Friday afternoon to check muffler as had it had that "sounds like muffler's bad" sound and was shown that in fact it was the muffler which thankfully they had needed one in stock and within less than an hour new muffler installed for great price. Everything from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out was perfect and would definitely recommend. Shop had same owners for MANY YEARS & shop, office & bathroom very clean.

LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO EVER BRING YOUR CAR. DO NOT COME HERE. The lady in the front at first seemed nice but ended up being very inconsiderate and the mechanic doesn’t know anything about cars other than mufflers. So unless you have a muffler problem DO NOT COME HERE.
They told me they would get my car back to me same day. I came back multiple times kept my car there for three days just for it to go completely untouched… THEN was told that I need to take my car and go somewhere else because my car being parked there is a liability ? How is my car being parked at a place that told me they are going to fix it a liability? I also tipped the mechanic that first day because he seemed really nice .. jokes on me. Will warn anybody I can about this place. Stay far away.

Lady at the front had a terrible attitude right off the bat because “she didn’t feel good”. Very unprofessional. And wouldn’t help me get an estimate for an exhaust. Would not EVER go back again or recommend anyone to go.

Erica and Ryan were super friendly and helpful. Ryan fixed the issue with my exhaust and got me back in the road in a day. It was not a simple repair due to the location of the issue.

I originally brought my car to the dealership because it was being very loud and they told me a part of my car was broken that would cost more than my car is worth to fix (around $6500). Brought my car here, they immediately recognized that this was not accurate and fixed my car same day for only $800.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my F-150 here for a resonator delete, new muffler, & tip. They even worked within my budget. The tech was very knowledgeable and lead me down the right path. They did such a great job I brought it back for front brakes and rotors. Unfortunately, I finished the job I was working on in that area or I would have brought it back to get more work done. No regrets at all. Costumer service is wonderful.
