BEWARE!! ATTITUDES FOR NO GOOD REASON. Came in for a refund/ exchange and got the worst attitude from the sales clerk. Asked me if the tags were still attached(yes they were and the receipt in hand) and then refused to assist me. Told me to move over so she could help another customer. Short young black girl has the worst attitude. I can't spend my money here!!

I was very pleased with the selection n cleanliness of the store...met nice young lady that was 19 years old and I Love Her...she has a very old soul n the manager was very nice n sweet....we visited from Georgia....Definitely gonna come back when I visit jacksonville again...God Bless u All

I went to the store today 3/9/24 @10 am and sat there until 10:30am and the store was not open I left to go to a total different clothing store. This was very unprofessional multiple people left in the process of me waiting 30 minutes after store opening time.

I was acknowledged upon entering and exiting the store that's about it. This store is way overpacked you can barely walk through the racks. In the end I didnāt find what I was looking for however my child did. Well couldnt purchase it because everyone was missing. Stood in line about 6 minutes no cashier. Okay cashier appears and seems to be stuck in slow motion no urgency what so ever line long. The woman in the front just keep walking away grabbing things. Miss you are still shopping please move. Annoyed I left, there was no reason for the experience I had.

The Best store ever if you want to buy a mini wardrobe and only have $50:00Bucks I beg you please go to Rainbow ? you will be pleased, you can buy so much , and I gauntee you will leave out smiling and Management is to Die for they make you feel so Special.
