I love Rainbow but for a store that took away the dressing rooms this store gets very mad about returns/exchanges. They will turn down returns for that day to make their quota goal. We have no other option, and I spent about 300$ total in your store, only had to return 2 pants. They take forever to check you out because half the employees are talking to each other about everything except work. Seems like it's always under construction nothing is where it was the time before. Some are nice, others not so much.

I shop at this location for myself and daughters ALL THE TIME. Today for some reason they felt the need to not render customer service. They sold me a 2 left shoes. I was in a rush having to come back after having reservations. I came back less than 30 minutes later. I explained I was heading to an event when I noticed they sold me 2 left shoes. They all rude and nasty. After agreeing they remembered me and that I just left. They would still need the receipt to give me the right shoe. Which was on display. So my question to Ms Tee the manager. Isnât her job to check the shoes before selling to me. And isnât obvious that we looking at the right shoe on display. Which if my box says display she shouldâve took the shoe from display. Danielle who made the mistake showed no remorse. They made it as if it was my problem. Both Ms.Tee and Renee were extremely rude and antagonistic. Including Carolyn who spoke in a condescending tone and antagonizing. Because I was in hurry I paid for another style shoe just so I could make my event on time. Once I returned from event I took the receipt and the shoe was exchanged. I think it was unprofessional and unnecessary. If this is how you treat customers after YOU made a mistake. I rather not spend my money here. And if I have go outside my area for better service. Then I will go out my way to tell others not to spend money at this location. I literally paid $50 to skip the line because Renee purposely took her time. Even when I was next she found things to do before calling ânext.â They saw no issue with that. Customer service is FIRST. And there is NONE here. Iâve previously ignored all the unnecessary gossip and unprofessionalism. But now I see it was just a matter of my turn. Calling Corporate on Monday. I will let everyone know how it was handled before I have this put on our social media platform.

Itâs always some ish goin on with the system crashing everytime I go.. stood in line 10 mins while staff converated when she finally wobbled to the register the system went down so annoying

Everybody is nice and helpful. It is very clean and easy to find clothes. I just love shopping there. Just wish they sold size 12 and 11 shoes so I did not have to drive to another store.

They must have a really bad shop lifting problem..and I obviously fit the profile ??..Because all eyes were on me ..I couldn't go from one end to the other without a worker near me..But the cashier was really sweet once I got to the register to pay.

I have religiously shopped with this company for years. Every season I purchased 200$+ worth of clothing. I had an issue with a refund and the lack of customer service at this location. I will no longer spend my money with this company.

Always a great store to stop by and grab some wax jeans (the best). Wish the fitting rooms were open but itâs understandable with Covid.I think she said her name was miss ree? But anyways she was so helpful and welcoming! Love her. Sheâs also a fellow Aquarius kween:) always a good experience here.

This review is more about policies than anything. The return policy here is ridiculous. You only have 7 days to return the item and get your money back. After 7 days you can only get a store credit. If the item has gone on sale you will get the store credit for the sale price even if you have the receipt. After 30 day you are stuck with the item. Ne return or exchange. That is bogus!! I will not be shopping here anymore. They don't even have fitting rooms for you to try stuff on.
