Ghetto. If you want to walk in to employees gossiping, dancing, singing, and never speak to you, even after you speak to them to ask them a question at the register and they don’t speak back but ask you, How can I help…come here. Terrible. Fire everyone and start over. Customer service 101 lesions available.
