What more can I say?
This is the absolute nastiest hotel I have ever been in

I wish I could give an accurate review based on my “stay” but I can’t. And why may you ask, well maybe because we got a phone call an hour before we arrived at the hotel, to tell us that our reservation is being cancelled because they overbooked the property. So my next question, now what?! “You’ll have to make other arrangements.” When I asked how do you sell more units than what you have available, complete silence. Not a word. I hung up and called Expedia to let them know. Even though it was the hotels mismanagement, Expedia gave me a $25 for the last minute booking I had to make! Oh and minor detail, this reservation because we came to watch The Players Championship…along with everyone else so it was super easy finding a new hotel. 🙄 I won’t ever book with Ramada in the future.

Thr floors were filthy. I usually walk around barefoot, but my feet were quickly black with filth. Not just the main room but the bathroom floor as well. Don't call the front desk no one answers or returns your call. When checking in, don't expect the front desk person to greet you.
Oh this is not a five story property, but I am in a 500 numbered room on the first floor. You figure that out, Grubhub sure could not!
Finally, I did not have any buggy visitors, but you got the feeling that they might be around somewhere.
Oddest hotel I have ever stayed in.

My room had bedbugs room 203!! I reported it and was moved to another room. I will definitely not be staying here ever again!! No breakfast like it was listed.
Rooms: Bedbugs don’t recommend staying here

This was absolutely the worse place I've ever stayed. The white conforter on the bed was filthy along the top edge. We took it to the front desk and showed it to them. They sent a clean one to the room. The side door was broken and if you went out of it you had to walk all the way around the hotel cause you couldn't get back in the side door. It stayed broken the entire 4 days we were there. The the second day I was locked out of the room because the man at the desk said we were checking out that day and argued with me when I told him we were booked through thurs. Then when he found the reservation he re set my room card with no apology no nothing. He had an attitude the entire time. There were other things but it's irrelevant at this point. Ramada Inn has always enjoyed a good reputation but this one was not one of them. Terrible experience.

Stuff does not smile and is not welcoming.
The room was booked for 3 people. We had one towel. I asked for more. They said they don't have any dry ones but will get me some in 15 minutes. It never happened.
The sink faucet was splashing water very hard more likely because it was missing some kind of rubber. When I told the receptionist, she asked if I was staying for at least 3 nights so she can send someone to fix it. I never heard something like this before.
The AC makes lot of noise at night.
Breakfast was a brown bag with muffin, granola bar and a fruit. You shouldn't advertise breakfast included.
There was one thermos for coffee that was empty.
It looked very run down. Parking lot pavement broken. Loud music in the restaurant. I thought it was a night club at first.
honestly this was an awful stay

The first impression was very bad. When we came to check in, the front desk lady was not friendly and she didn’t even say hi. She said, how can I help you? The room smelled so bad, the showers was weird. The door was only half way. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. The pillow cases didn’t seem too clean. We saw hair on the bed the moment we entered. Overall we didn’t like it. Also, the pictures don’t match what you will see in person!!!!! Won’t return again!!!

Run!!
This place is filth meets stenchy, rusty, stinky, dirty, old rugs! I got sick just from inhaling the air in this hotel!
Stale rooms, old carpeting stains all through out the alleys, elevator is old, slow, noisy and unstable!
It’s illegal to host any human in some filthy, inhumane environment!
Even the air is the reception area is heavy and stinky.
And they claim my room was remodeled!
Then a bunch of dodgy folks live there and just roam from room to room on multiple floors… scary!!
Never ever dealing with anything close to Wyndham or Ramada!
Run!!

Avoid this hotel at all cost! Rooms are disgusting and everything feels damp. Definitely a serious moisture problem going on here. Had people just walk into my room while in the bathroom so there is no peace of mind while staying here. Then throw in the fact that vagrants hang out in the parking lot and the hotel itself smells like rat feces on the inside. Will never stay at a Ramada or any hotel ran by Wyndham ever again.
Safety: Very unsafe

Stayed for 1 night to celebrate my wedding anniversary. 1st room we got was unserviceable. 2nd room was okay. Before check-in they wanted a $50 dollar deposit. (This was no common) other ramadas didn't do this. Now we are calling numerously to get our deposit back, but the manager conveniently is never in.

The only good thing about this place was the location. Wanted a night get away with my husband for our anniversary and decided on this place. Pictures online made it look wayyyyy better than it actually was. The reception desk is nice and that’s about it. The elevator is literally falling apart. It’s shakes terribly and looks so janky to the point where my asthmatic husband walked 4 flight of stairs. The whole 4th floor smelled like mold or cigarettes or both. The bedding was white but the pillows a dingy yellow. We paid for an updated room.l mind you. The room smelled sooo bad and the sofa had A LOT of white stains. Went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room preferably the 1st floor… it was much nicer visually from what we could see in the hallway…. The receptionist said that it would have to be a double bed. We go to the room and there is someone in there. We tried to not be so judgy and give the place a try, but that was the final straw. Went back and asked for a refund. And tbh I don’t even think she processed it because I just got an email asking about our stay. So thank you I guess for reminding me that I need my money back. Save yourself the time and head to red roof plus wayyyy nicer staff clean rooms and a few bucks cheaper. I mean for the price I wasn’t expecting luxury but I wasn’t expecting the slums either. I would rather stay at a know girls of the night hotel than this place. When we got to the red roof my husband had to use his nebulizer after already using his pump because the air was that bad.
Rooms: Rooms filthy and smell of smoke and mold. Sofa covered in stains
Safety: No way the elevator is safe.
Noteworthy details: They have a club in the lobby if that’s your thing… it’s not ours but from the menu online seemed like they have pretty good food.

Stay away from this place. Just sleep in your car. Showed up and there were 6 cop cars getting ready to raid a room. The show mat was dirty, got out of the shower and realized there were no towels. Was sitting in on of the beds and was trying to figure out what a smell was after a few minutes I took all the sheets off and th mattress had urine all over it. This place should be shut down.
