I did not like the fact that you could not open your room door every time you went somewhere left your room you had to go to the front desk and had to come and open the doors with screwdrivers. I could tell that this would be a nice hotel but professionally they should have closed it down if they cannot open doors I cannot believe that they would actually have someone come to your door each and every person they had to open the door with a screwdriver. But the friend I was with like their service so we stayed

The keys were not working through the whole hotel.. however the staff was amazing and doing its best to keep the guest happy.

I made the dreadful mistake of not reading reviews. The room keys don't work so you have to find someone to come and open your door. The way they do this is with a giant screwdriver they use as a prybar to break into the room. For some reason they sometimes try this while you are in the room. I guess why knock, you'll hear you them breaking in if you are in there. Had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone showed up to come open my door a couple times. And if someone was to break into a room this way, it would just look normal cause that's how they get in. The AC didn't work very well (room was 76F the whole time according to the wall) and the units are very loud. Defrost wasn't working on the fridge so there was such a large block of ice the door of the fridge wouldn't close... at least it still kept things cool. Carpet was awful and damp around the AC unit. Room smelled bad of course. As I was leaving I noticed some fleas on the bed. Shower was hot. My room had towels and toilet paper. The staff seemed to have a pleasant disposition. The room was cheap - I see why.

I wish I could give this property fewer stars. Terrible customer service, housekeeping was nonexistent, and one look at the property will make your skin crawl.
Health Department shut the restaurant, where breakfast is served, down for 2 days.

Booked 2 rooms one the air barely worked and the second one, wasnt clean, the room keys didn’t work, so everytime you left your room they had to have sombody let you in. They had abandoned rooms visible to everybody that was trashed and nasty, 2nd time staying here and was disappointed

I was here for a weekend with my family. First none of the door keys work due to a lock situation with the keys that they just told us about the day before check out. It was nets and mosquito in my room. They didn’t have a sign up regarding the lock keys until the morning of check out. They usually have hot breakfast which we paid for the last day they didn’t have that only cereals and milk.

My room:
1) air conditioner is weak and it is never under 75 F in here - 6 a.m. now. 76 F outside.
2) Refrigerator is not working and I have $15 of perishable that are ruined.
3) Room smells of cigarettes. I have allergies to that and cannot breath well and cannot sleep.
4) only 1 of the 2 key cards works for my room and the lobby was full at 6 p.m. with people who kept changing rooms for: Many 1st floor rooms are contaminated with mold, many guests' card keys continually do not work. Maintenance was taking a group of them on a tour to find rooms that the keys would work and were not moldy. People were very frustrated and only 1 person was working the front desk.
5) The lobby bar advertises on a sign hours 5 - 10 p.m. - it was closed at 6:30 p.m.
6) The bathroom light does not work. Other guests have told me theirs is not working either.

Only thing nice is the staff. I cancelled after several keys didn't work and room had a leak.
My parents stayed the weekend and NEVER got a key that worked. Their room had no trash can, no ice container, just a bag on the counter, only one of the 2 beds had a blanket and shower needs a total redo.
Also at the top of the stairs is a room uses for who knows what that basically looks like a trash dump.
But thru it all the employees were nice and calm and also frustrated multiple people could not get working keys.

If I could make this review a negative 5 stars I seriously would. The lobby catfished me, cause it’s the only decent part of this hotel. Got in the room and it looked like only the sheets had been changed but this was the LEAST of my issues. My boyfriend was smoking a cigarette on the balcony, when he noticed a maintenance man walking suspiciously by our door, so he was already on alert after watching the incoming traffic in the rooms. Maintenance man came back walking and kicks in our door while me and our children are inside the room. My boyfriend had to remove the man from our room and we reported to front desk, who explained they had issues with PROSTITUTION, DRUG DEALERS, and SQUATTERS. Apparently our room was the one that’s used the most that the lady checked me and my FAMILY into. My children were scared. They knew I had children with us I told them when checking in and when I made the reservations months prior. I was also told they had been raided two weeks prior to this. I call corporate since front desk did nothing but make excuses, and they didn’t help either. Then their “Supervisor” Miss Rude Stephanie emailed me telling me how I never reported the issue and it was my fault? Thankfully this reservation was done through air bnb and they actually care about people and helped us with another location. We left immediately for the safety of our family. Please do not book here. This place needs to be shut down. The place and the people they hire are disgustingly rude and they don’t care if your unsafe on their property. I got nothing from this place but distrust, disgust, disrespectful services, and excuses. Y’all stay safe out there.

The rooms aren’t that great but will do if you’re visiting for a weekend. Checked in on a Friday Kathy was an amazing help. Seems to be having door issues but porchse & Cory made sure we were in quickly. Breakfast was good & the comedy show was amazing. Will stay again. Just minor issues nothing too crazy

If I could give zero stars, I would!
Absolutely disgusting — avoid at all costs
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — basin was clogged and reeked of sewage, and entire room had a musty, sour odor that never went away.
To make matters worse, the hallways were littered with trash, and it felt completely unsafe. There were shady people hanging around, smoking in the corridors at all hours. I didn’t feel comfortable walking to the vending machine, let alone sleeping there.
Customer service was nonexistent — I complained and they shrugged it off like this is normal. Nothing about this place is clean, safe, or worth your money.
Avoid this place. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here.
