I have previously bought the exact same pair of boots three times at this location. Today, I needed a brand new, uncontaminated pair for an important job across the country. I told the salesperson I was in a hurry and needed the exact pair I'd previously purchased, and I was already very happy with that pair. She ignored my input and brought out two completely different boot models to try on, and couldn't figure out the computer system well enough to find my account, handing the tablet to me to do it for her. And then we still ended up making a new profile, losing my previous data to the cloud or whatever. So, after repeating, four times, which shoe I wanted, that I was in a hurry, and that I wanted them in wide, I still managed to be sold the wrong damn size and cannot return them in time for the flight. Yeah, my fault for not coming in earlier, but like most working adults, time is at a premium. It's been a lot of other chaos, too. So my recommendation for all sales floor personnel is to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. An upsell of a boot that is only $50 more when I'm already committed to almost $400 and I know exactly what I want is just stupid. Why? Is there trouble at corporate? My experience has been that when retail stores start sending their employees to hound customers and really push that sale, those stores are on their way out. I should have checked to make sure it fit well before leaving, yes. But 20 minutes of my time had already been wasted on some stupid sales experience. When I went to put those boots on while dressing for my flight, I was furious. Still am. Now I have to send someone to make the return in my absence and I have to figure out where the hell to buy red wings in Utah. Thanks.
I wanted a quick and easy shoe shopping experience, not the whole sleazy car salesman kit and caboodle.

They don’t have enough women’s boots for waterproof safety toes. I prefer a tall ankle support and they are usually sold out of the ones i like that are in my size. And they don’t make it in the men’s any lower than an 8, which is funny because the women’s shoe is the same style but smaller.

I want to shout out TRINA for the phenomenal service and attention to make sure my boots were customized to my true foot size. Never rushed me and my partner, answered every question I had. She is a role model for customer service and provided a personalized experience. I called ahead and the shoes were put on hold since I had a 3 hour drive there. She confirmed the availability and waited for my arrival. She even stayed past closing to make sure the boot was right for me. I’m beyond appreciative for her kindness and attention to detail. Extremely well informed on red wing products. I will be back for future purchases and hope she’s still there :)

I did not like the service. I was spoken over and the lady seemed to think she knew better than I did about what I wanted. Once I did not make an immediate decision she passed me off to another sales person. The quality was not what it used to be.

I recieved the best customer service. I live 2 1/2 hours away from the store, internet showed that they had the boot I was looking for. I called to confirm availability, planning to drive and pickup the boots the next day. The salesman offered to ship them and save me a 5 hr drive. A+++ service. Definitely a store i will purchase from again.

Was just there with my wife trying Work boots and we got an excellent customer service and experience, I didn’t get the name of him but was Spanish “ Puerto Rico “ great service, knowledgeable, will definitely come back
