I have plantar fasciitis, so I spent a long time agonizing over exactly what boots I wanted. Austin assisted me, got my measurements, and was incredibly patient while I tried on boot after boot. They were also quite knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each style. Quite satisfied :)

We had such a great time at Red Wing thanks to Savanah! Our boyfriend was the one getting shoes, but she still made us feel included and even let us do the foot scan just for fun! I may even come back for the shoe insole things! I learned a lot about my feet. She was super helpful, stylish, and just really fun to talk to. You can tell she knows her stuff and genuinely enjoys helping people. Such a great experience—thank you, Savanah! 💗

The associate at the store made the experience. Savannah was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, offered solutions and endless recommendations. When my wife complimented her on her great sales ability, she smiled and replied “I have a really great manager”. Humble and professional. Great to see. We’ll be back, not just because of Savannah, but because it’s a well operated shop and our experience reflected that. Also. Love the boots!

My husband got some really nice comfortable boots from Red Wing for work. The staff member was very knowledgeable she made sure that he had the best fit by doing a test on his feet . He walked away with some light weight work boots and they look and feel great
