I want to give a big thank you to Adrianna at the front desk! She went out of her way to explain the Regal Rewards program to me and even helped me sign up right on the spot. Because of her, I was able to get a discount on both my tickets and food, which made my movie night even better. It’s rare to come across such friendly and patient customer service, and I really appreciate the effort she took to make sure I understood everything. Thank you, Adrianna, for making the experience such a positive one!

This theater used to be great, but now it feels like it’s ready to retire with poor maintenance. I hardly watch movies here anymore. However, the staff is friendly.

This is an old, tired theater. Minimal staff, substandard presentation, and below average concession quality all indicate a theater on the verge of closing down.

The exterior is not the best but once you walk into the interior part of the building you can see the main entrance where the bar/concession stand is kept up with. As far as the actual theater rooms, I will give them a generous 3/5. Like others have experienced, trash from previous showing still on the floor and on the seats. I will say, I give them a 5/5 for customer service though as we were trying to obtain an audio description device and they went above and beyond to try and get it to work. Staff overall was extremely friendly and welcoming.

This is my go to theatre. It's always a great experience and the staff is always friendly, crowds are good. My only issue and reason for not giving it 5 stars is the exterior of this location. It looks like it's rundown while the inside looks new and well maintained. I wish they would fix the exterior, it has looked like it's been rundown for 10 years.

Im not even kidding when I say this! THERE WERE LITERALLY RATS/MICE IN THE THEATER! YOU'RE GOING TO GET PEOPLE SICK! Definitely heath code violations going on here! The floors were sticky, seats are nasty and uncomfortable. No recliners and they fold up while you're sitting in them. Trash throughout the entire establishment not just in the theater room. Bathrooms looked like I was in a 7 Eleven on Skid Row at 2am. The smell of coagulated urine on the floors was unbearable and this shows they dont clean the bathrooms. Lady at the door demanded to search my bag and my girlfriends purse. I declined and she said we had to put them in the car or we have to leave. We put the bags in the car and when we came back in, the same employee let 2 couples walk right by her with bags in hand and didn't say a word. Why were they allowed and we were not? She definitely saw them and we saw them get out of their cars while we were putting or bags away so they definitely weren't checked prior. Its funny how my girlfriend and I are people of color and the other couples were not but it was only our bags that needed to be checked. The policy says ALL BAGS and its not at random. To end this rant, concessions were expensive like all theaters but the popcorn was stale and cold and the soda needed a new syrup bag installed for sure. Overall terrible experience. Ive been to so many theaters in my 36 years of life and never had one be so bad. ZERO OUT OF TEN.

This movie theater is definitely in need of an upgrade. First, the seating is incredibly uncomfortable, and my toddlers couldn’t even sit properly. I had to hold my son, who weighs around 35 lbs, throughout the movie, and even my daughter, who’s 40 lbs, struggled to stay seated comfortably. That’s a major safety and comfort concern for families.
Additionally, I noticed that most of the concession stand staff were older adults. While there's nothing wrong with that, having a mix of younger team members could really boost the energy and appeal of the theater’s environment. It might also better reflect the vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere moviegoers expect.
Lastly, I’d suggest re-evaluating the staffing at the ticket booth. The lack of human interaction these days is disappointing. Bringing back more human interaction could improve the overall customer experience.
The condition of a business reflects how much the owners care. Please consider updating your seating, improving staff diversity, and reintroducing more personal service. Your customers will definitely appreciate it. 🎥

We went to go watch Jurassic Park for the 4DX 3-D movie. The experience was amazing friendly staff. I had a great time with my children. Will definitely be back for more 4DX movies

Worth the extra couple of bucks to go to an AMC or EPIC. This Regal has old, worn out seats. Small screen. Theater hasn’t been updated in a long time.
