Let me start this off by saying I really didn’t want to have a bad experience. I went here wanting a pedicure and manicure with acrylic. I’m sitting in the chair for my pedicure and everything is going fine but then the old man doing my nails starts talking to the other nail technician and demonstrating my cracked heels to them. Of course I don’t know what they are saying but then they start laughing. I work very hard and early have time to treat myself so this was very offensive to me. I decided I just wanted the pedicure and nothing more. I still tipped because I understand that’s a lot of hard work. Anyways, go into a different career field if you’re not pleased with what you’re doing and you’re going to make customers feel bad. We are paying for a service, no one is begging you for this. Please improve on your customer service…

I'm really glad I chose this nail salon. 15-20 minute wait, but worth it. My nail tech took his time and really cared about my nails and how they'd come out. He was also very upfront about the price. I got a full set acrylic with dip powder and nothing about the process hurt or was uncomfortable in any way. These are the prettiest nails I've ever had! I will be coming back

If you want your time wasted, come here!! I was told 30 minute wait for a fill. I kept getting told 15 more minutes after checking in after waiting the 30 minutes. I waited over an hour before I finally just left. This place is a joke. She could of juat told me it'll be an hour or more, I definitely wouldn't of waited

I had an awful experience. I first got a pedicure John is great the I ask Lisa (owner) about the powder nails she answered my questions so I decided to try and see if I would like them. The young man was told what I wanted but he proceeded to do what he wanted I said to him I want the powder he I give you powder long story short he gave me acrylic when I told Lisa she says she didn't know why he did this she told him what I wanted. She says they will make it right next time thenhe told me it would be $55. to take off acrylic. I have been going here for over 10 years now. Lisa says will do what you want next time, I said there will be no next time. She says ok. I left and I will not go back.

Nice and busy place inside the Walmart on Normandy. They did a nice job, even though the polish on the tips of my nails came off in less than 24 hours.Update:Since I went in on Saturday to get them done and they were closed on Sunday, I returned on Monday, after work, to see if they would fix them. They wouldn't because I had regular polish. Maybe the gentleman should have encouraged the gel and tons me that the regular polish isn't guaranteed. I will not return here.
