One star because zero stars was not an option. I was in that mall for a different reason when I ran across this health store. I walked in at the same time as one other customer. The store was empty. The staff was a white haired mature lady. I waited as she assisted the other lady customer in finding some sea moss and other stuff. Then I waited until she finished checking her out. When she was finished, I asked her for HCL- Hydrochloric Acid with Pepsin. The customer she had just checked out, asked for another item as well. She walked me over to the isle by the register and showed me liquid Hyaluronic acid instead of HCL. It takes me a few seconds longer to respond because while I can hear, I'm speech disabled. I have to type my responses in a Text to speech phone app. I type fast. At the same time I was answering her inquiry as to liquid or capsules, she advised she would be back to assist me. She was going to help the lady customer locate an item. ( The same customer she had just checked out) When she was finished a second customer lined up. Before she could begin ringing up his item, I asked her again. Initially I gave the benefit of the doubt and made an excuse for her. I tried to oversee it as maybe she didn't hear although the customer could hear me and it is a quiet place. So, I repeated myself. However, she began checking the customer out and didn't even acknowledge me. I didn't want to be rude and distract her so I waited until she finished manually entering his order to gain her attention. I didn't want to confuse her. The moment she finished, I again hit repeat and tried to gain her attention. Even the customer heard me and I was standing right by the register trying to gain her attention. When she finished checking out the second customer, I again said excuse me to gain her attention. Within hearing distance. I was closer than the customer. She could hear the customer but could not hear me? I hit repeat , and asked her to just point me, to the correct isle. She proceeded to check out the 3rd customer and ignored me completely. Meanwhile, the 3rd customer even pointed in my direction because he saw me and heard me trying to gain her attention. She acted like I was not even there. Although, she could clearly see me. Hmmm. At that point, I knew not to even bother spending my money in this place. She made the decision to make me wait while she assisted someone else, but also making me wait each time a new customer lined up to check out. That tells me she was interested in that sale but probably thought I was not a sure sale. News flash, you lost the sale lady. In addition, Regency Mall does not look like it will stay up very much longer. I recommend if you want to stay afloat, you might want to treat all your customers fairly without discriminating. All she had to do, if she could not return to help me right away, was to at least acknowledge me and point me in the correct direction instead of ignoring me as if I was not present. I showed her and the establishment respect , she could have mirrored it. Mind you, I also have a mobility disability and it is difficult to stand-by that long. There are no seats in site. That was rude of her and unprofessional. I will never return to this Regency Square Mall Health store, even if the health store ends up relocating. There exist options with comparative prices and better service. Many have exceptional service such as Grassroots. Oh by the way, The irony. The speech disabled customer you ignored will have her voice heard over this experience. Thank you. Try to be a better human next time.

I have been going here for years to get my supplements. Everyone has always been able to answer my questions, and if they don't have a specific item or size they have ordered it for me. Never had any problems with anyone in the store.They usually have handouts for things I have questions about and at times they have some samples to give you on certain items. They are a long standing business in the mall.

I visited this store a while back and I was looking for some kind of treatment. But I didn’t quite know what I was looking for, so the cashier ask me questions and gave me the right treatment method. I haven’t had any problem since. Yes, I strongly recommend Regency Health store to anyone in the area and out of the area. I live in Georgia but I drive to Jacksonville Florida because I know I’m going to get the treatment that’s is needed for my symptoms and a knowledgeable cashier who is much more than a cashier and that’s why I recommend Regency to all.
