This review is based solely on my experience with branch manager Jonathan and his assistant branch manager, and not the bank itself. These two people are assets to Regions and were a great help when I was dealing with a colossal headache of a situation. It took nearly a week and hours of busy work on their part, during which they never complained, they showed compassion, and kindness.Throughout the process, I may have been slightly less than easy to deal with. Both Jonathan and his assistant were professional, courteous, kind, responsive, apologetic, and knowledgeable. They solved my issue, got me my funds back, and were the only bright spot in an otherwise dark situation.Thank you, for helping to solve my “back office” issue.

Bank tellers here are incompetent. Avoid this branch if you can.

They do no let their patrons use the restroom and instead send you to the nearby coffee shop, who's restroom is only for customers. You would think the same would be said for Regions Bank.

Terrible customer service. I switched over to regions years ago because my new wife used this bank. Worst decision I've made in a long time. Unnecessarily long holds on large deposits. We're talking 10-14 days here. Not acceptable. Recently my check card keeps getting shut off by regions fraud protection, but the bank doesn't give me a heads up and then afterwards refuses to explain why the card was deactivated. The last straw came when a check was returned nsf, even when money was in my account. I had to deal with that embarrassment, and then to top it off, after I repaid the entire amount, regions put the check through my acct 2 weeks later. And now I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. The app has no way to address problems and last time I called customer service, I waited 45 minutes to talk to someone in India that could barely understand me, and was incapable of providing any assistance.

This branch is the one to visit! With the new employee Cody F. being so friendly and helpful makes my bank visits more exciting than a drag. I've always enjoyed this branch but to see the team growing and working, supporting each other is just another reason why I bank with Regions (over 10 years). I will continue to support this branch and the downtown community of Jacksonville!

They did a promo get $200 to draw you in. I meant all requirements but somehow when I called for the $200 bonus, they suddenly have to close my account. I had 2 direct deposit 's going into the account. But the day my work check deposited they somehow blocked my account. I work hard and get paid biweekly. I didn't owe them, never was the account in the negative. The staff was unapologetic. I was robbed and have to wait until they decide to release my work check. This bank should close, or get a visit from Undercover Boss. Pray for me.

I found a Regions credit card on the sidewalk and have tried twice to repor t it. But all you want is information that only the cardholder has. I could not get to a person , a real live person to report this. You need to remember that not all of your callers are your customers.

I have a business account through Bank of America and they have been great! When my account at Regions was overdrawn by a 2.14 charge and another 3.21 and 4.70 I was charged $105.00 in fees. I called and explained that on my end it did not show that, but they refused to credit me back and then explained it doesn't matter if it was .50 cents I would still get that charge! Bank of America will waive their fees for small charges like that AND I do NOT have a history of this. I can understand with people who have a history of overdrawing, but that is not the case. They are not flexible so be careful with Regions! I am planning on finding another banking solution for my personal account.
