I Stood there 25 minutes for them to tell me they cannot issue a new card (b/c it hasn’t been 14 days) after customer service informed me this location is able to issue new cards. Communication issue needs to be resolved.

My recent experience with Regions Bank was excellent as usual. I find it to be a smaller, more personable location, and the officer we spoke with was professional and well informed about the products and services available. I would highly recommend them.

Waiting at the commercial window drive thru for the past 20min with no one attending to the drive thru customers. They keep taking people inside the lobby before the drive thru line, even though the customers in the drive thru line have been waiting longer. The line is wrapped around the corner and even though there’s 3rd person, she is not helping out and went into her office. If the lobby is served first, that’s totally fine, but just have a sign or let the customers know that’s the case, so we know the go inside instead of literally having the commercial line wrapped around the building. So inefficient.

They just have a lot of fees for things and they lack what I call humanity in that they are strict in following their policies instead of having some room for the human experience. I probably sound crazy saying what I said already. Customer service is pretty good but if you need something exceptional then forget about it with them.

Doors locked at 11:40 a.m. on a Friday. No note or anything explaining why on the door. Hours clearly posted as operating hours. Just watched 4 people try to go in, self included.

So grateful I stopped being a Regions bank customer after I learned that this company donated $125,000.00 to 64 GOP election objectors since the Capitol siege and would likely fund tyrant Trump's re-election campaign. Democracy means more to me than money Regions, wish I could say the same for you. #Standupfordemocracynotgreedycorporations!!

This is Our bank! This is Our location! The personnel here are the Best! Ms Chimara has assisted us with all of our banking needs for almost a decade. We have banked with Regions for over 45 plus years. The former Branch Manager Mrs Cynthia was great too. The newest additions to the staff John and Corey are fantastic. These folks are professional, courteous, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and hard workers!! Kudos to them! ???
