I love being at Regions bank on 3rd Ave N. I had my banking at Bsnk of America for more years that I want to say, but last year I had enough of them closing locations and when you had to go to the bank the service was slow and not helpful. I'm thrilled that I chose Regions !

This is the definition of a bank with consistent issues, the ATM is rarely operating(practically always down due to maintenance issues), somehow they have no internet today so I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to another Regions. If you ever have fraud on your account good luck getting any of your money back in a reasonable timeframe(usually takes 7-10 business days instead of crediting you until there is a resolution) I've unfortunately been banking with them for a few years and have had nothing but problems. My recommendation is bank with a larger Bank with less issues and more resources which typically means quicker resolutions. I will be canceling my account since this is a habitual problem that won't change anytime soon.

Jesús aka ChuCho, was an absolute blessing. He was so helpful and friendly towards us. Cora was magnificent as well. Both of their customer service was excellent.

Today I went into Regions bank and my day was made brighter simply from getting to interact with AJ. She greeted us with a big smile and friendly demeanor, as someone who appeared to genuinely enjoy life and her job. Although this seems so simple, it is harder to find these days. Aside from her wonderful energy, AJ was quick and efficient as well. People like her make the world a better place.

Went to this location due to not many being in this area, had to have some stuff done to my account. Went in and wasn't able to talk to Maggie, so I was referred to a different banker who thought he did the processes right, but didn't actually help me in the slightest and just wasted my time. When I returned two weeks later and found out the man did not do literally anything for my account, Maggie had to step back into the situation, and did everything correct. Maggie is 10/10, and if you go to this location, she's the prime one I would recommend you to trust.

I was there with my girlfriend 3 days ago because she is the one with the account, in this worthless bank and the deposit function on the atm was disabled. I went there again to make a deposit still not working.The only thing I am going to say is imagine the service that they are offering with a simple and common transaction. Everything in this bank in general is a pain.

Branch on Busch Drive closed this past Saturday..supposed to be open Saturdays. I called and they had no reason..no explanation. Saturday is the only time I can get to the bank. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

I have no complaints about the staff, they are professional and friendly. However, the technology this company uses is hilariously broken.My atm card takes about 15 swipes to work. Often it refuses to work at all. Touchless pay has never worked once. Some gas stations cause my card card to lock down because it thinks it was stolen. There have been so many moments where I'm in a store and a line is building up simply because we can't get my card to work.This is my 3rd card from Regions with this issue. The atm's are slow and glitchy like an old computer. Sometimes they don't work at all.The app is a broken mess. Half of the time you can't sign in. The app has spelling mistakes and is poorly designed. Recently the app locked me out of my account randomly. It's giving me instructions to reset my password but the menu options it suggests are not available.It's concerning to know my money is being safeguarded by a bank that can't figure out it's own technology. Regions actually makes me miss Well's Fargo. Please do yourself a favor and never create an account with Regions. It will be an endless series of headaches.

Terrible customer service. I switched over to regions years ago because my new wife used this bank. Worst decision I've made in a long time. Unnecessarily long holds on large deposits. We're talking 10-14 days here. Not acceptable. Recently my check card keeps getting shut off by regions fraud protection, but the bank doesn't give me a heads up and then afterwards refuses to explain why the card was deactivated. The last straw came when a check was returned nsf, even when money was in my account. I had to deal with that embarrassment, and then to top it off, after I repaid the entire amount, regions put the check through my acct 2 weeks later. And now I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. The app has no way to address problems and last time I called customer service, I waited 45 minutes to talk to someone in India that could barely understand me, and was incapable of providing any assistance.
