They have been lying to me gave me a rug that has a defective issue i asked for a replacement they told me it takes 8 wks to get i calles other stores they told me it only takes about two wks for anything online ordered they have been charging me late fee after late fee and harasaing me on the wks i dont have to pay and charging me every friday a extra 7 something they told me they dont do i will be returning EVERYTHING I HAVE AND GOING TO AARONS WHO IS WAAAAY CHEAPER AND PROFESSIONAL

The ladies at this location was the best and a life saver! Our washer stopped working 2days ago, the part would take a week to come in for my husband to fix it, appliance stores quoted not so budget friendly amount to fix our washer. Thank goodness these ladies were able to assist us with NO PROBLEM.

Y'all some scammers, the manager took my money approved me ,delivered furniture, THEN told me I'm not approved anymore, took the furniture back! never refunded me my money and giving me excuses on why they can't refund. THEN said " we'll cash app the money back" LIKE GIRL DID I PAY U IN CASH APP??! JUST GHETTO Very unpleasant and unprofessional, HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! And the managers act like air heads. and I still want my mf refund.

I understand what the lady was saying about a scam or whatever because we been making payments on stuff we had with no problem and we let them know I pay period had changed one of the assistant manager was trying to work with us and the manager want so we told them to come get there stuff and we will keep the stuff we already have until taxes time because they don’t work with nobody I guess it’s certain people and I had the money for a item and they didn’t it and they making seem like it our fault and I will never and I don’t know about nobody else but they attitude stink but only time they had a good attitude was when they wanted or taken your money from you
