This is a good sized park with lots of room to do different activities or host festivals. There are 2 different playground sections. However, the equipment is starting to get worn out. It is conveniently right off of I-95 making it easily accessible.

Needs a bathroom but that is probably not something that can be done with the homeless problem we have down town
