Extremely rude ! Cancelled my move 30 min before they were scheduled to arrive I had everything prepped and ready took time off work took things apart just for him to speak to me so rude without trying to resolve the issue ! Do not recommend also reporting to better business bureau! Disgusting!

Gary and Paul are amazing. They saved my life with a short notice move. They were quick and professional and they even came early. As a single woman it is hard to have trusty help sometimes, and i felt very safe and my stuff was cared for with them. Awesome company and highly recommend!

I got a great deal on Groupon for Rocco Movers to move my mother’s bed from her nursing home to my home. Gary was wonderful to work with in setting up the move and the movers, Manny and Gary Sr, were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use their services again in the future. I am so glad that I did. I have never hired a moving company before and hoped to avoid some of the nightmares scenarios I have heard about. Rocco's Moving was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, from the office staff to the three gentlemen that did the hard work of moving us to our new home I can recommend this company with confidence and would gladly use them again myself. Great service. I called to have a wash tower removed abs replaced on 12/6/2022. I received fast and professional service. They were very careful and their prices are very economical. I would recommend turn and I will definitely be using them for all my moving needs.

Gary provided scheduling assistance for me. He was accommodating and receptive. My four-man moving crew was managed by Mark, and the guys were great. All throughout, they were on time, competent, and polite. At both locations, I moved many large pieces up and down multiple flights of stairs. They took on the task and were excellent caretakers of my furniture the entire time. They went above and above. I have no complaints and am eager to voice them when the service falls short of my expectations. Will advocate for this team and utilize them once more in the future.

I have used this company on three occasions and each time the service has been excellent. Paul carefully wrapped and covered my furniture so that it was well protected. Mark's crew carefully packed my furniture and boxes on the truck for transport. When it was unloaded, the furniture was in excellent shape. Mark and Gary has endless patience and placed my furniture just where I wanted it even when he had to move it multiple times.

The move itself was fantastic in every way! From the time I made the initial call to reserve the service until the last package was delivered to my new address. It was quite simple to set a move date. They were willing to accommodate my request to change the date. The movers they dispatched, Paul, Mark, and Adam, were really pleasant and polite. They arrived and left more quickly than I had anticipated, double-checking the vehicle and both the old and new addresses to make sure everything was done correctly. They questioned me to find out if I wanted to relocate. Awesome experience all around.

I typically don’t leave reviews however, This company did an amazing job with moving me into my place. There was a slight miscommunication, however Gary went above and beyond to make moving so much easier for my family! He rectified the situation quickly and provided us with A1 service. What would’ve took us all day, Gary and his team completed within 2.5 hours, going up 3 flights of stairs might I add. 10/10 would recommend. I will be using them again, again, and again. Thanks so much!
