If I could give a zero rating I would! Bought a mattress and adjustable base and the mattress is already sagging. The technician came out to look at it , they said it's because i sit on it! Um how else am I supposed to get into bed? Very rude customer service. . Terrible warranty.

Run! My experience has been AWFUL! We spent Thousands at Rooms to Go —- including $1000 on the Solana chase loungers—- they ruined within months of being delivered! I have spent months fighting with Rooms to Go and Guardian and both say the damage is not covered—- even though their own tech that they sent to our home to look at them verified the chase loungers had not been treated or properly finished by the manufacturer. Apparently their version of quality is the items you pay for making it home and then garbage.

when you go here to buy your furniture there is an office on the back called acceptance now....stay away! do not get scammed into doing some bs 90-day same as cash nonsense. they throw you into a lease agreement without informing you are leasing until its been too late. then when you call to have the couch picked up they give you the run around until you get so frustrated you don't want to deal with them so you just stop trying. i have stuck in this craziness since feb/2021. went in there to pay for a couch, thought the 90 day same as cash sounded convenient so i went with it......what a mistake! i wish i never did business with acceptance now.... they are rude and dishonest....point blank....stay away! not to mention took months upon months to receive the couch! i guess covid slowed down furniture delivery also by 90 days.... my entire experience was a shitshow here and i will never be back! thats my word.... i recommend everyone stay away from this place... there are better options in jax

Bought a power lift chair and gets delivered and not working. Get a total run around at store and on phone. Guess all they care about was taking out $1,000 plus. This is being reported to the BBB.

Went to RTG tonight to order a Casper mattress. Had a great sales associate named David help me get everything ordered an set for delivery on Friday. Highly recommend if you need furniture go and ask for David.

an hour agoNEW UPDATE: Still no furniture, received a text it would be delivered 4-9 between 11-3.. No show, no call and no update to inform us- at 4 o'clock i check the tracking number and they changed the time to a 2-6pm window. Meanwhile my wife wasted a day waiting on them, she tried to call in and was on hold for 30 minutes and then the call was terminated Rooms to go and their customer service if pretty bad. This doesn't include the fact they already missed 2 other delivery dates, once for a sick driver and the other which is still unknown. Still waiting on furniture from a November purchase. Very sad service for average furniture. Id look elsewhere.

We recently purchased a luxurious couch and some "specialty" pillows. The couch and pillows were on 3mos back order. When they were finally delivered, the wrong (and not matching) pillows were also included. That day we contacted rooms to go and they said it would take a month for them to get the correct pillows available. 6 weeks later on a random day we get a call that some delivery truck is waiting at the front door with the pillows, but we didn't have notice and were out of town. Upon calling rooms to go back they said we could wait 3 months and exchange the pillows or we have to drive the wrong pillows back to their store because of their mistake if we wanted a refund. I will never buy a piece of furniture from them again. Poor service. Poor communication. They clearly out the customer last. Try going to Ashley or somewhere else.

I bought a mattress set from Rooms to Go recently and am completely satisfied with the purchase. In addition to the great product, I was impressed with my salesman, Mark, who did a fantastic job in handling the sale and setting up the delivery for me. When there were a couple of glitches in the delivery of the mattress, I contacted Mark and he spent a lot of time clearing up the issue and expediting the delivery of our mattress set. Later on, when I had a few follow up questions, Mark once again went above and beyond the call of duty to find the answers that I needed. Because of this salesman, I would not hesitate to buy anything else from Rooms to Go.

Fantastic customer service. I needed a lot of furniture with a close delivery date. The sales associate, Mark Randolph, was very helpful and informative. I walked in panicked and left with a feeling of relief. I’m so thankful for all of his help.

Shopping for anything has become a stressful time during COVID19 so I decided to shop one store for my bed and mattress. They didn’t have the bed I wanted at the store so I bought blind which was okay. For a mattress I tried about 8-9 different ones and made my final selection based on laying down for 2-3 minutes. IT WAS THE WRONG MATTRESS FOR ME. Now I am stuck with it. They don’t have returns on mattresses unless there is something physically wrong with it. I Don’t Recommend Buying A Mattress from RTG!
