Well, called the store and asked the operator /customer service representative regarding some info on a product as I will be traveling for over 70 one way to pick this item up. The CSA took a stab at guessing that it was in stock, but when I asked her how may were in stock she couldn't give an answer and just told me to call back at some other time. I am not going to try to assume the reason for which she did not want to help, but her customer service skills are now rated as an "F". All stores should live by the principal processes to provide excellent customer service. I hope this doesn't reflect on the rest of the store employees.

I guess employees were having their own personal holiday and shut the store down almost an hour early and lock the doors.. lol I'm sure the owners/managers, wouldn't have approved. Maybe you were one. Clocking hours sitting in the rocking chairs with the doors locked 20 minutes before the store closes. Really? I get five 10 minutes maybe to not get stuck with people walking around afterwards but 20, 30 minutes before the store even closes. Lock in the front doors and just sitting waiting to go home.. lol crazy and people want a higher minimum wage? Lol

GHETTO - Employees and management I interacted with behaved as if they didn't want to be there, which is fine; but they should leave, and leave the customers' money (their paychecks) at the store.

roses express 103rd st jacksonville , what it seems like the store manager, need some training in how to approach customers without making them feel uncomfortable , i went to buy just detergent but decided to look around , this guy comes from a far distance and yell hey! whatsup!, i was like confused and then when he got close to me asked if everything was ok? i worked retail for too long to know that is not how you approach a customer. I understand the area is a bad place full of theft but if its going to be like that just close the store and put a sign with phone number or website and do curbside pickup only.

Trashy, trashy trashy!!! Homeless people sleeping out front where people walk in and out! Their shopping carts are left around the neighbor hood for others to have to deal with. Poor management to say the least !!

I went looking for a box of staples, but didn't find any. When I told Melissa at checkout, she reached over to HER box of staples and gave me a few rows. You don't see that kind of customer service any more! Thank you, Melissa.

The cashiers for the most part and the seafood department have always been very helpful I live close to this particular store. In the last year it has gone down hill as far as attitudes. Every single time I went in there to get fresh deli meat I was met with extreme attitude the young lady was literally cursing and talking trash under her breath. June24th around 7:40 was my last effort.Told us to look in the refrigerated department for for a particular meat which was not there. I was literally mortified and told my husband I was scared she was gonna do something to the meat she was that livid. But it's usually the same departments with employees having bad days out of common courtesy we apologized and she still was spewing a few unnecessary things. We now go to the location in Orange Park which I have yet to find a real complaint they are very welcoming and professional for the most part. Complaining to management does no good of course they're all friends and they should have each other's backs but sometimes it's not the customers it's actually the employee.

This was the nastiest one I ever been to Extreme health hazard in the bathroom I wanted to vomit ? I took photos of that nasty bathroom so I hope someone cleans it.

Dropped in while waiting on my order at a nearby Wing Stop. Was pleasantly surprised. Store was clean and tidy. Staff was pleasant and prices were great. Check them out!
