I give the manager (or vice-manager), a gentleman, on-site 7 stars on a 5-star scale if I could do a separate review. He was sympathetic in regards to the situation and came up with the solution right the way. He listened and showed his compassion. My three stars are all for him. However, the other employees were not as sympathetic or compassionate. One employee told me to feel free and contact the police department if I like. I did call the sheriff’s office right the way as she told me to go ahead and do so. The other employee at the register kind laughed, but she wasn’t laughing when I was actually on the phone with the sheriff’s office. Then, right the way, the manager came and helped me to find a solution, so I didn’t have to stay on the phone with the sheriff’s office. Bottom line is we are all human. If the other employees at the store saw/feel things in my shoes, they probably would be treating the incident differently. Happy customers means returning business, returning business means keeping those paychecks coming. Who has anything against making money and keeping it that way? Little sympathy and compassion go a long way.

Terrible customer service. No urgency from the staff to assist their fellow colleagues or customers. The lady at the checkout was nice, but again no urgency.

Manager here seems to be a waste of money/space. There are shoes that have security tags that loudly beep if you pick them up or even breathe in their general direction. There was a pair of shoes I wanted but the security tag was going off so I asked the manager to shut it off so I could finish my shopping. (The registers were very busy). She said I would have to wait in line at the register because that is the only place where they have the magnet to shut them off. Wondering why she couldn't take them up there herself or maybe take them and switch to a new less sensitive tag. She was standing around doing nothing.

Terrible management.I had bought an item at the Saint John’s location and they didn’t remove the magnet which happens. For my convenience I went to this specific location with a receipt and the item and asked them to remove the magnet. The girl at the register was about to help me with it but her supervisor Barbara got Involved and said I had to go back to the original store so they can look at the cameras to make sure I didn’t steal the item. I walked outside and called the store at St. John’s to explain my situation and the manager there asked if he could speak to Barbara because they should easily remove the magnet for me since I had the original receipt with the item and the item tag. So I went back inside and had the manager at St. John’s talking to Barbara through my phone and Barbara was basically trying to argue with him that I had to go back to St. John’s for them to check the cameras.I just find it so unorganized that their policies aren’t consistent with each store and they give customers a run around for no reason.

I love Ross but Friday evening I went to get some flats the shoe area looked like the area been like this for weeks. Shoes was everywhere. Hangers and clothes was all over the floor. Staff was standing round talking when the store needed some attention. Went next door to Burlington and it was nice and clean and very busy. No clothes was on the floor or shoes out of place. And it was only 12pm The Ross manager needs leadership etiquette form the stores around to know how to manage a busy store then standing around talking.

Last week I bought a bunch of clothes for my grandson at this store in size three. He wears a size 4, so I brought them back to exchange them for the right size with the receipt and a couple of the tags were off the clothes but still in bag , because he tried a couple on before I realized my mistake. The girl at the counter says we can't exchange them unless I figure out what tag went to what item. Mind you there were only three. I said it's on the receipt. But no. So I said OK. Went to find the right sizes for the others and found items with no tag, so asked if I could buy those items and they said yes. Ummmm hello. I probably bought them with no tags the first time. The receipt or the exchange should have been good enough.the cahiers number is 2222718..please do better

They went the extra steps to assist me because I wanted to us two separate Debit card's.The first worker who was a woman of color didn't know how to do the transaction.However the Manager who was Caucasian stepped in to save the sale.She conducted herself very professionally, friendly, and kind way.She understood my needs.This is why "it's not good to judge people by the color of there shin"...Dually noted!Thanks ?Chi Ori

This is a really nice Ross. It is clean and spacious. There's a huge selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories for all ages. Seasonal home decor changes frequently and is on trend.

Lousy customer service! Workers give no customer service and look MISERABLE working there. When you can't greet customers, look for another job where you DO NOT DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC!

The cleanest most organized Ross I've been too. Waaaay better than other Ross stores. The staff was on their toes and there weren't things thrown all over the place. This place was kept in top condition.

I couldn’t find anything with the selection that was had, but my sister loves this store. The place was clean and the cashier was quick and polite. However the manager did come up and distracted the cashier while checking out.
