Great deals!!!! I did a lot of Christmas shopping here! I was so surprised at how affordable name brand items were. I got a pair of Nike sweats for cheap! They have a huge selection of designers to choose from in every department you can think of.

I love this store. I always find something I like. The only thing is that the lines are always long. However, they do move quickly. Overall, it's a great store. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I asked for a discount on a damaged item, and a lady proceeded to ask me, "Do you want them or not?" So, that was a bit rude. I believe every employee should reflect a companies core values and do what they can to ensure every customer has a great experience and wants to return. I don't believe she did that because she could've at least called for a manager and asked if they could do a discount. But, again, I love Ross, and I am not the kind of guy to really get upset over that. It's just my reason for 4 stars.

One of the largest Ross's I have visited and not only in dimensions, but also in assortment, and also organized. I loved the perfume area since they have a variety and are not the same as most of them, I left happy and with more items than expected.

Love the prices at Ross, The store is always a little messy but the prices are worth it. Ross for me isn't a go around and look. I go to Dillards for that type of shopping. Ross for me is a know what I'm looking for in and out. The lines can be long and people are rude. From annoyed customers to impatient staff.
