Stacked up man was very rude & mean forgot to take a picture of what he did . While we’re trying to look for something he throwing things down the floor right in front of us blocking the way in a loud way. He scared my child he don’t want to go back there shop no more.Bad costumers service and rude, mangager have to keep an eyes on employees to get a better costumer service.

Ross has become ghetto. The security guard in the ninja suit to greet you. this store would not take merchandise back and had the credit card receipt used to purchase the item. My last time ever shopping at a Ross. I went to another ross and they quickly took the merchandise back. I shop at macy and dillards because of the customer service the manager makes up her own store policy.

A lot of mess and lack of obsessions, ugly clothes, but in Miami there are many options, the clothes in this store are rather intended for those who go to churches, Sunday clothes for ecclesiastical congregations🤣🤣🤣

I love shopping at this Ross especially when all my favorite ppl are there the nice security lady who is African American Always greets me with pleasure i recommend going there I never have a bad time :)

I barely ever write reviews but after YEARS of not stepping foot in a Ross, I remembered why I hate it there so much. First off it’s dirty, messy, and literally the worst customer service experience ever!
During the holidays I purchased a two piece set that I couldn’t try on in store at a different location because it was almost closing time. I ended up buying it anyways & trying it on at home, then noticed that it was see-through. So I went to the nearest Ross store in my neighborhood to return it, which unfortunately is this location on Atlantic Blvd. BIG MISTAKE!
Instead of returning, I found items I could exchange it with. When it came time to exchange the items the cashier, who is a middle aged African-American woman with dreads, accused me of making a fake Ross store tag for the item I was exchanging. First, how on earth does the average person make fake store tags with ROSS written on it? Especially for an item that’s $24?!?
I told her I bought the set from the Ross at town center and if it’s a problem, I can take it back to where I purchased it from. She made it seem as if I was committing fraud. The receipt SKU matched the SKU on the tag. She told me that the color on the tag was blue when the set was the color cream. She was being rude and gave me an attitude, literally huffing & puffing like it was my fault. I never touched the tag or removed it. It’s literally is as I bought it.
Annoyed and honestly embarrassed by what she was accusing me of, I insisted on not returning it at that location but she issued an exchange anyways. I just wanted to get out and leave after all that honestly. I will NEVER step go back SIMPLY because of how disrespected I felt as a customer. If you guys don’t know how to tag colors on your items, you don’t have the right to disrespect customers for the mistakes the company makes.
Seriously avoid this location at all costs!!

What a ghetto circus this place has become. For years I’d stop in for discount items here and there but they made it intolerable with hundreds of anti theft alarms chirping all around you at all times. They have some ratchet looking, unfriendly security lady at the front who can’t make eye contact through the 10” lashes and say hello back . I’m never going back in that store again 👎

The customer service is horrible.
I went there with my niece and by accident all of a sudden she threw up. I asked the security guard to call someone to clean it but instead they gave a box with paper for me to clean. They should have to be someone in charge of cleaning. Eventually, one of the employees started arguing with me that she wasn't working there to clean up people's messes.
After all, I will not be coming back to this specific location/store.

Wouldn’t be allowed in with my drink, had to throw it away. Security guard was rude about it. Store seemed dirty, stuff everywhere, tore up. Had 1 person on cashier and was not moving with any type of urgency. We were the only ones in line for like 10 minutes. I thought my Ross was bad but this one takes the cake!

Dont shop here, the employees have poor customer service and are down right rude. I came home and realized they did not give me one of my items. She handed me all my bags except that one. I had to go back to the store to get it. The girl just handed it to me, no apology, lack of awareness and not empathy for the inconvenience. Where is the customer service now a days? Tired of people just being rude. Even when she checked me out she was cold. Maybe train your employees on how to deal with problems. A sorry would have been nice. People make mistakes, its about how you solve them.

Today I lost an elongated black wallet with important documents such as a passport with the last name Chamorro, in the wallet there are more than 500 dollars, please keep the money but return the documents to the store, we have left a contact number in the store, please I would appreciate it if you returned the belongings.....
