Every time I go to this store, I leave with a perfume, and despite the seemingly limited stock, you find some hidden gems. I don't like the clothing or footwear in this store, but there are some interesting items if you go early enough.

This man right here is very rude definitely talking this to corporate and beware i will come for your Job he does not know how to treat customers and you Can barley understand what hes saying I recommend not coming to this Ross it stinks will be contacting corporate office BEWARE!

The cashier rung me up a mirror at regular price instead of the reduced price, I come back the next morning to do a store credit quick easy.. the older lady that I was directed to only do returns was very unhappy to be at work. She barely let me get my sentence out before asking for my receipt and asking if the numbers were even the same as if I altered it. I wasn’t even trying to return the item. Now im home pulling out my other items and have a security tag stuck to something prompting me to have to return again. Looks like some retraining in customer service and item scanning needs to be done.

I would recommend ANY OTHER STORE! The line had over 20 people in it the entire time, and staff was beyond slow. Also rude. No smile, no customer service whatsoever. Not worth the low prices. Maybe they should charge more and pay their employees more so they aren't so nasty.

The workers at this store are always rude, but today was the worst. I came in to buy a specific pair of sunglasses. I stood at the counter pressing the help button for 20 minutes. The cashiers were both busy checking people out so I went to the back to find someone else to help. The fitting room lady told us to go ask the cashiers for help. I asked if we had to wait in line because we had been standing there and no one helped us, she said no just tell them you need help. We went back to the counter and waited for 15 minutes before finally getting someone's attention. I asked for help with the sunglasses and she said "no, you have to get in line." I tried to explain the other lady told me to ask for help and she cut me off and said "no" and walked away. I get in the long line and wait 20 minutes. I get near the front and see the same lady who told me no helping a white couple who had just walked in get glasses and check them out immediately. I stay in line but my friend goes back to the glasses case where the woman is helping ANOTHER couple that just walked up. My friend asks for assistance and she tells her to wait. The she tells her no, she has to get in line. She explains that I'm already in the line at the front. Another lady at the register says for me to come over to the case. I said I'm almost at the front, I might as well just wait. The lady said to come to the case. So I leave my spot in line to pick out the glasses (there's 3 people in front of me). She hands them to me and says get back in line. I ask confused "I have to get back in line?" because she literally just told me to get OUT of line. By now the line is to the back of the store. She says "We're busy" and walks away. If I had stayed in line, I would've already been to the front by now. I approach the loss prevention man and he makes eye contact with me then turns to walk away. I ask if there's a customer service I can speak to and he points at a number on a board and says to call them and goes to walk away. I ask if there's a manager I can speak to and he looks like he doesn't want to help me, but says to wait there. He walks around the registers whispering to the cashiers then comes back and tells me to just go to register 3. He never brought me a manager. The lady who checked me out was nice, but everyone else was extremely rude. The woman with the dreads and the front part of her hair sticks straight up was the one who told us no and to get in line. I think her name was Jacquelyn. She's rude every time I come in, but this was just blatantly disrespectful. She told me no we couldn't be helped, then helped multiple white people instead. If I wasn't getting a father's day gift I would've left. This is the worst Ross I've ever been to and honestly I'll never be back again after this. I've never felt so disrespected in a store before. I felt like I was treated different because I'm a young black woman. Everyone acted like we were bothering them by asking for help and ignored us multiple times, but were quick to help the white people. I called the manager and she didn't sound like she cared and didn't even offer an apology. Everyone is just rude all around, but especially Jacquelyn. She's always way nicer to the white customers and helps them first. This isn't the first time, but it's definitely the last. I would give 0 stars if I could. I've also noticed the loss prevention man always says hi to the white people but never greats me.

I came here the day before father’s day to get a pair of sunglasses. I waited for 20 minutes and they were very busy so I asked the woman working the dressing room and she told me that i don’t have to wait in line and to just stand up there.
I go back and wait up there for another 15 minutes and see a front desk worker named jacqulyn she told me no I have to wait in line to get anything from the jewelry. When I come back she’s helping another customer from the same jewelry stand and checked them out after telling me I have to get back in line to checkout. So I ask can I get assistance after 30 minutes to see the sunglasses and she told me to get in line again. I could’ve just stayed in line but the customer service was so terrible the worker with the locs sticking straight up wouldn’t even acknowledge me and Jacquelyn couldn’t have been any more rude. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Decent but low inventory so not a good selection to choose from. Prevention loss was very friendly and took time to greet the customers as they entered the store.
