Very unprofessional and rude. The lady with blonde hair was over threaded my brows and I explain my Dissatisfaction and she still charged me. I asked for for a refund and she lied saying she could not refund me and I also requested a supervisor or manager, she would not provided their name and a said there’s no supervisor. Was the worst service.

She charged male eyebrows more than female eyebrows. I have never seen this discrimination in the last 5 years of ever going to salons. And it’s super expensive. Wouldn’t recommend it

I went in for eyebrow threading and Manal is truly the best! She’s gentle, precise, and really knows how to shape brows perfectly to fit your face. The process was quick and comfortable, and I left with brows that look amazing. Highly recommend Manal if you want your brows done right!

Visited here today for eyebrow threading. I like my eyebrows left as thick as possible and just cleaned up. They followed exactly what I wanted. I had no wait and it’s clean.

Walked in the receptionist wasn’t really welcoming. Wanted eyebrow threading and tint. The tech rushed the entire service even though there was no other customers besides me. Brows are uneven, no structure to them at all. I’m embarrassed and can’t wait for the tint to wear off. I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it at the time but I did ask her to even them out a little but whatever she wiped on the did not work. I just paid and left. Extremely unsatisfied. Will not be returning.

Schedule with Urvashi Patel in Orange Park!!! She is amazing. Does a great job listening to what you ask for and delivering even better results than anticipated. I’ve gone to 5 places in town and even to Sadhana @ Baymeadows location, Urvashi is my favorite technician!

Would love to give this a 0 but I stopped in today and got my eyebrows tinted and they did a terrible job , when I asked the lady if she could fix it she then became so rude to me . Definitely wouldn’t pay 15$ again for this shit . I don’t recommend coming here at all better off going to Ulta

If you’re looking for the best place in town to get your eyebrows done, go see Manal! She’s truly the best so precise, gentle, and always knows how to shape my brows perfectly. I leave feeling confident every time. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants flawless brows!

This place is a little expensive, so I expected better service. But I was very disappointed — even the eyebrow threading wasn't done well. For the haircut, they only gave me two layers, but I expected more layers. They charged $55 for this. Worst service. I’ll never go back to this place.

Not a great service, she did my eye brow cleaning real fast and I was impressed.
But now I know why did it take less time.
A similar scenario happened with me earlier and I changed where I had to go, but I gave another shot and not at all happy. Would never visit this place.
