Superb quality and stellar speed.
I am recently covering from a major stroke.
Nothing at all was hindered through out arrangement and the replacement to my windshield.

Met me at my apartment’s garage, was patient with me when I tried to figure out what the procedure was for my building, worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience, and I couldn’t tell you where the dent in my windshield was if you asked me to point it out. Thank you!

My service tech was Cameron and he was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite and patient. He had my windshield done in under the 2-3 hour window I was originally quoted!
After the job was completed, I left and had a question. When I called to inquire, I spoke with another associate named Jaliyah that was not physically there at the time of my appointment. While she did take the information and provide an email to send my inquiry, she indicated she would follow up after lunch and did not. I called back and was displeased by her lack of customer service. I asked to speak with the manager and she stated he would call me the next day. I did receive a call from Josh the manager on duty, and he was WONDERFUL. He gets it. I’m all about feedback and constructive criticism. He handled the issue with grace, patience and understanding. He and the other staff are why I will remain a customer of this shop on AC skinner parkway! It’s all about customer service and this place has it.

Safelite provide excellent service when I had to replace my windshield. They had weekend appointments available and multiple times. The technician contacted me via text when he was arriving. Once he arrived he worked diligently and completed the work within two hours. It was quick and thorough. Hopefully I will not have to use this service again, but if I do, Safelite is the company I would use and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Safelite couldn’t recalibrate my windshield camera after glass replacement. Had to take my 2022 Silverado to the dealer to be recalibrated, at a cost of $220.

I was contacted immediately after filing my claim. My windshield was replaced in two days after filing the claim. My technician Jaqwon called and texted me updates on his arrival. Totally professional and prompt service from beginning to completion. Superior customer service!!!
